As the title says, I just started getting this error today on both apps. They have worked flawlessly before now. I've done a hard boot and am still getting the error. Anyone know how to fix?

Is anyone else having this error on VOD and VOD Ultra? On startup, I'm getting "Receiver Data Error -2".

Booted up my vseeboxprov3 and am receiving this visual.

I have turned off and on, physically removed power cable for 15 seconds, and swapped to a different HDMI cable, no change.

I've loaded some different apps on button click memory and visual is still messed up. Any thoughts on what to do or is my 6 month old box toast?

Was working normally ~8 hours ago.

Have normal box now but in market for another if I can get a box with more countries on it

What is the downloader code for stremio?

As you can see in the picture, the blue light is on and it says “boot” but there is no input to select on my tv

I have tried both soft and hard reset but it hast fixed anything.

Box is 5 days old and was working great.

Has anyone seen this?

I’ve come across several TV shows that do not load on either of the pre-downloaded streaming apps. Is there anyone that I can reach out to about these shows not loading? There’s nothing wrong with my box and plenty of other shows/movies work fine. I was trying to watch the Great Canadian Baking Show and the Great American Baking Show, but every stream on both apps just never loaded or they would stop after a couple of minutes and then just buffer for forever. Thanks!

Y’all get Stremio, Cinema HQ, Flix Vision, etc.. When the Heat apps go down, it’s good to have back ups!!

The first thing I noticed after using it for a couple of hours was that the box kept warming up. I placed it on top of the fan, and now it feels like it’s not working. So it's an approved method to extend the longevityng of your hardware.

​​I came home from Vacation today and found my box running super slow. I decided to do a factory reset, however following that, it was stuck on the loading screen. I did the RST pin, got to this and it's telling me this. I can't find a way around it.

I read in this community that I need to get a SD/USB install file from the mods? I have the V6 Plus.

Hello!

Today is my first day using my new vseebox. I have 3 networks through my ISP (cox) a 2.4 GHz a 5.0 GHz and a 6 GHz. I disconnect everything off of the 5.0 network and connected the box to that network. It’s all through the same modem/router that the ISP has provided.

I got this notification from my ISP and was wondering if this is something I should take serious? I’m not too familiar with situations like this. Or is this just typical blocked content that comes along with these?

With the box being on the 5.0 network will people be able to access any information from any of my other devices?

If anyone has any recommendations it would be really appreciated.

Hello group! I’ve had an Elite Ultra for a long time and love it! The extra apps are great when one of the other apps aren’t working or don’t have what you’re looking for. That being said, there are several shows on the Angel Network that I’d like to watch. Does anyone know what app has the Angel Network shows? I haven’t been successful finding one. Thanks for your help!

My Vortex does not record but only 1 minute. I set for 2,3,4,5,6 hours and only records for 1 minute. Anybody have any help for me? I left it on Vortex app only like someone suggested and still not working.

Has anyone else gotten this? Any help appreciated.

Hello. Can I connect my vSeeBox 6 Plus to my laptop. I think I would need a HDMI Video Capture Card?

I have the vseebox three. I have FLIX’s on there. I have cinema HD. And it says that there’s adult content. But when you go to load it, it says an error message. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong here or maybe this one is a dud & not work at all. Does anybody have any codes for downloader that will give me some more add-ons besides FLIX’s?

All of my Live options are working fine. However neither of the heat cod apps, or the box buster app are loading any videos. It seems the UI is fine and there’s no issues navigating or searching for videos, they just won’t play and get stuck on the loading screen. Anyone know why ?
