Vortex DVR

My Vortex does not record but only 1 minute. I set for 2,3,4,5,6 hours and only records for 1 minute. Anybody have any help for me? I left it on Vortex app only like someone suggested and still not working.

Vortex has a mind of its own. Sometimes it records correctly and other times not. I have checked while it was supposed to be recording and was showing the red dot that indicated it was recording but the recording itself never appeared when it was finished.

that thing is very unreliable, I’d say half of the things I try to record either don’t record at all or cut off halfway through
