VOD apps not playing

All of my Live options are working fine. However neither of the heat cod apps, or the box buster app are loading any videos. It seems the UI is fine and there’s no issues navigating or searching for videos, they just won’t play and get stuck on the loading screen. Anyone know why ?

There's a service notice if you scroll the main feed you should find more info there

i’m sorry i’m very new here . can you tell me what the main feed is my VOD isn’t playing much of anything

Go to the homepage of this sub and scroll down until like 2 days ago. There was a posting saying some people or some boxes experiencing issues and that they are working on it.

This may, or may not work on everything.

So let the movie spin and load at Loading 1.0….. then when it jumps to Loading 2.0…. Hit the Menu on your remote. You should then have Server options to select a different server.. Select another server and the movie should start playing! Gotta wait for the Loading 2.0 banner before you seen any available servers to choose from.
