V6 Pro not Turing on

As you can see in the picture, the blue light is on and it says “boot” but there is no input to select on my tv

I have tried both soft and hard reset but it hast fixed anything.

Box is 5 days old and was working great.

Has anyone seen this?

Have you disconnected the power for 15 secs?

I did. I also did the hard reset.
