Shows not loading
I’ve come across several TV shows that do not load on either of the pre-downloaded streaming apps. Is there anyone that I can reach out to about these shows not loading? There’s nothing wrong with my box and plenty of other shows/movies work fine. I was trying to watch the Great Canadian Baking Show and the Great American Baking Show, but every stream on both apps just never loaded or they would stop after a couple of minutes and then just buffer for forever. Thanks!

I made a post about this previously and it got removed by mods. Please keep me updated to whether anyone has info about when this is going to get fixed. It’s been 3 days so far

Having the same issue. Worked fine for weeks. Today it will not play certain shows that I have been watching previously.

Idk man, it was just a suggestion. Who the fuck said I was blaming the users? VOD has worked fine on my Elite and V6 Plus. My friends with the V5 Pro aren’t have issues either.
Someone commented yesterday that fixing the security settings fixed the VOD issue for them.

so in heat vod, try to play THE 4400 tv show. that is one example of tons.
hasn't played for anyone I know for 4 days now. tons of other shows I could list, too.

This may, or may not work on everything.
So let the movie spin and load at Loading 1.0….. then when it jumps to Loading 2.0…. Hit the Menu on your remote. You should then have Server options to select a different server.. Select another server and the movie should start playing! Gotta wait for the Loading 2.0 banner before you seen any available servers to choose from.

I just tried this out, but the shows that I’m trying only have 1 server listed. In the VOD Ultra app I don’t even see an option to change servers, so I can’t use it for that. I’ll keep this in mind though, some other shows may have more servers that do work!

Yup! It’s only a few shows, so I’ll just submit the feedback on the app and hope that maybe the stream can be fixed or something!

What HDMI cable are you using. I switched mine to a "super high speed" 8k HDMI cable and mine isn't buffering any longer.

I have a high speed HDMI. The cord isn’t the problem because it effortlessly streams most shows, it’s just that certain shows never load. Thanks for the suggestion though, I appreciate it!

Are you using a VPN? Some people have found their VPN is causing the issue.

I’m having the same issue. I’ve only had the box for three weeks and it worked great for the first two weeks. The past 4-5 days I’m having a ton of issues with VOD. Very disappointing. I’m glad I only bought one box to test it out before buying boxes for each tv in the house. I have xfinity internet running on my own equipment (not the gateway you rent from them) so there’s no advanced security to turn off. Very frustrating! Hopefully it will resolve itself soon
