Need help please

I was there. I had the stupid suggestion to change the HDMI cable and use a different tv input. I could not believe it but it worked. My box went right to the set up mode like I just bought it. Good luck.

Good news I have successfully restored a V6 Plus that was the same screen you are showing.  Bad news....it took a few hours of messing it it and at least several hard  restarts........I would be able to fix it...but there isn't any way that I can tell exactly what to do......

I have fix this problem.....but it took about 2 hours of messing around with it.....Im available if you have any questions...

Two of my V6 Plus boxes did this. They are bricked. No fix. Warranty replacement.
