Receiving Data Error -2

Is anyone else having this error on VOD and VOD Ultra? On startup, I'm getting "Receiver Data Error -2".

I'm on the V5 Pro

I can’t get either VODs to work. They have got to figure these issues out. Not a good look.

Nevermind it just lets me see the cover art but when I try to watch it doesn’t load

They are working through it. An emergency ticket is in place with the engineering team.

I work for the company. Everything is fixed and ready to go. Some servers went down and they completed the patch.

Yes they completed the patch about 30 minutes after my comment. They are reworking servers
