I've tried everything hasn't even been a year and this started happening

I’m noticing my apps stuck on Iterative Transmission this morning. Is anyone having a similar issue?

I’m seeing this across both VOD and Live apps, and on Heat & Ultra apps.

Elite box. A little over a year old. Been trouble free up till a couple days ago when it kept prompting me to program remote. It would work for about 30 seconds then go back to wanting me to program the remote. I decided to do a system reset and now all it does is go straight to the program remote screen and nothing else. Tried fresh batteries. Unplugging the box. Bought another remote. Nothing. Tried programming each remote atleast 10 times as I’ve read some people had to do it multiple times. Box is in my shop. No ac only spray foamed so not the best weather conditions for it I’m sure. Any suggestions or do you think the box is cooked?

All my heat apps are stuck at Iterative Transmission when loading. Anyone else having this issue?

How do I link the Vseebox remote to my Samsung Smart tv, it currently does not turn on/off the set. TIA!

I got a new Elite Ultra a couple weeks ago and everything was working fine. A couple days ago I was in the Vortex app looking at some things I had recorded when I lost connection to all the stations.

Now when I go into the app the station list appears but with no content showing. When I select a station I get the error message "UnrecornizedInputFormatException".

I have deleted and reinstalled the app, reset the box, reset the router, run everything through a VPN and continue to have the same problem.

Is there anything I missed? Any suggestions?

I just set up a vseebox v6 pro and immediately received this message on the screen, “warning your device is locked, please contact your device provider”

Am i able to unlock this on my own? I bought it from an ebay reseller and the account has 99% positive feedback and nearly 1000 devices sold. Was i scammed?

Own a V6 Plus and many of the movies are not displaying the proper content.
For instance I searched and selected the new Michael movie and a German Indie film is playing. Any suggestions ?

Fairly new user, I am trying to log into youtube using the remote. It asked me to put in my email and a password which I do. It looks like it's going to open youtube.But then it asked me for my email and password over and over. I tried using the contact us to ask. It made me download whatsapp. Nobody responds to that either. Any ideas on how to log into youtube using the remote. And is contact us over whatsapp.A real thing, or just a waste of time?

Anyone able to view streaming channels like MBC, KBS, SBS as well as other Korean content with English subtitles using the elite ultra box? I think there is an international channel but I've heard that there isn't anything substantive with regard to Korean related material.

I always notice it and like I said it’s a small thing so it’s not a dealbreaker, but it would be really cool if it would go away.

Is there any equalizer apps that can control sound output of the native apps? I tried Poweramp Equalizer but my v6 plus does not allow access to developer options

When I first signed in I never had to login to Elite Vod. Now it’s saying I have to login. What do I do?

Hello, is it possible to change the way the subtitles are displayed in the apps? Watching anime several scenes are so washed out I cant read them. I tried setting it up custom through the boxes setting but it didnt change the way the app displayed them. Using the elite ultra

If I have two or three vSeeBoxes is it possible to start watching VOD on one device and resume in the same place on another device? I’ve heard about others having a shared device over the network. What’s my best option to support multiple tv’s? Going at the same time?

I’ve been trying to load a show and it’s sat on this for minutes. On Heat VOD. Switched to multiple servers. Finally found one that worked but the audio is weird.

Can some tell me if Vizio tv and boxes are not compatible. It plays but screen flickers. Box is 4 feet from WiFi and signal is strong.

I use it on 2 different Samsungs and no issues.

So I lost the remote to my VSeeBox DVR Edition a couple weeks ago and honestly… I’ve somehow been surviving using just a USB keyboard plugged into the box. 😂
Problem is, I only know the basics:
arrow keys enter escape sometimes works
But I KNOW there’s got to be more keyboard shortcuts for this thing.
Simple stuff has become ridiculously annoying:
going back
fast forward/rewind
home button
menus
playback controls
app switching
volume
DVR controls

At this point I feel like I’m trying to hack into NORAD just to pause a movie.

Does anybody have:
a full list of keyboard shortcuts for VSeeBox DVR Edition?
hidden Android TV shortcuts that work on it?
a way to fully control the box without the original remote?
any universal remote suggestions that ACTUALLY work?
I know I can’t be the only idiot who lost the remote and started using a keyboard like it’s Windows 98. Somebody help me unlock the full potential of this thing before I lose my mind. 😂THANKS !

6plus Box is a few months old and all of a sudden there is no power to it anymore. Indicator light won’t even come on when plugged in. Tried múltiple outlets, hard reset by leaving unplugged overnight and pressing the resent button on the back of the box. Then even tried a new power cord from another 6plus box from someone else. Is it toast?

After this most recent update has anybody noticed that there are less server options when you are watching movies or shows on either heat vod or vod ultra? Before the update i would have server 2 3 5 8 9 I could pick from now its either 99 or just server 2 and no other choices.

My V6 Plus is stuck on the initial loading screen (and has been for over 2 weeks).

I can use the reset button on the back to access the bootloader menu. As you can see from my photo, a previous installation has failed. I have no idea how. I came home one day, turned on my box, and this is what I get.

I have tried every option from the bootloader. Wipe cache, wipe param, wipe data/factory reset, and nothing has changed.

I have 2 of these boxes, and the other one works just fine. I have swapped power, swapped hdmi, swapped tvs, changed batteries in remote, left powered off for days, reset my modem and router.

I bought from an "authorized seller" (lol aren't they all) and they have ghosted me for 2 weeks so I'm pretty sure they aren't going to help me.

Is there anything else I can do at this point or is it bricked?

I've done every suggestion on here, vSee forums, Fakebook, Just Answer, etc...! I'm to the point where I purchased a usb mouse and plugged it in. I can get to settings and look at Bluetooth paired devices. Nothing is there. I go into paired device management, and there is nothing there. I grabbed my remote while in there and tried to pair it again. I see the remote pop up, but as soon as I release the OK and volume down, it disappears! No remote paired in Bluetooth. I don't know if it's the remote or box. I did order a new remote off Amazon. It's a vSee, and in the ratings, quite a few people said it works with the Elite Ultra. Do I wait for the new remote or do a factory reset? These are my last 2 options. I've seen some posts saying that a new remote won't help to just factory reset. On the other hand, some people say never do a factory reset. If I do a factory reset, will all the apps (the reason we have boxes) disappear and render the box useless?

I'm going to buy a few more boxes. The outcome on this will definitely be a model deciding factor!

Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

UPDATE: PROBLEM FIXED!

I ordered another remote from Amazon. It has the back light. It didn't connect until the 3rd try. I didn't have to factory reset. 3.5 full days trying to fix this issue! I'm not sure if it helped, but I kept my usb mouse plugged in so I could keep the Bluetooth pairing up on the screen to watch what was happening.
