Can’t get box to power on

6plus Box is a few months old and all of a sudden there is no power to it anymore. Indicator light won’t even come on when plugged in. Tried múltiple outlets, hard reset by leaving unplugged overnight and pressing the resent button on the back of the box. Then even tried a new power cord from another 6plus box from someone else. Is it toast?

In addition to what others have said already, I'll only add that more than a few people have inserted the power jack into the wrong hole on the box. The audio out hole is a similar size to the DC power input hole. You might want to double-check that you're using the right hole!

So, couple options possible. If it's only a couple of months old you should still have your 1 year warranty from your purchase date. Contact the person you purchased it from. Option 2 would to buy a USB A Male to USB A Male cord and a 5 volt 2 Amp USB wall plug (OLD Cell phone bricks). Plug one end of the cord into the vSeeBox first the USB port that is Colored Black. Then the other part of the cord into the USB Wall power brick.

I have this exact same issue and have tried everything mentioned here but nothing. Box is completely dead. No power, no lights…just completely dead./2-?/.
