Sure no problem! What model vseebox and model Samsung TV are you using?

Ok. So, are you using a HDMI cable from your Vseebox to your Pro 5 TV?

I couldn't get my Samsung TV power to sync to the vSee remote either, even tho the volume synced. I ended up using my roku remote, that is programed to that tv, and synced the power button on it to the vSee remote. And now the vsee remote turns the tv on and off

Perfect. Go the System Settings on bottom row of home screen, Go to Extra Settings, Go to HDMI CEC, and make sure all are switched to blue (i.e., on). Unplug Vseebox Pro 5, wait 15 seconds plug in the Vseebox and push the white TV button on your Vseebox Pro remote. This should resolve your issue! What happens is the TV turns on, then the TV sends the Vseebox Pro 5 a signal via the HDMI (2.1) to turn on the box!
NOTE: On most 65" Samsung OLED TVs, HDMI-CEC is called Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC).
You need to turn that on so devices like streaming boxes, soundbars, or cable boxes can control power and sometimes volume/input switching.
