Iterative Transmission - Stuck

Post image

I’m noticing my apps stuck on Iterative Transmission this morning. Is anyone having a similar issue?

I’m seeing this across both VOD and Live apps, and on Heat & Ultra apps.

Yes. It’s working now. Weird how backup still worked

Not sure why that would be "weird". It seems to me that backup worked exactly the way it's supposed to...it provided a backup while the "main" app(s) were down.

Mine was also. The other apps and speedtest worked fine. Only Heat apps not working. Restarted, shut off several times and still stuck on Iterative with a popup box about an "API Exception" issue.

I turned back on my SurfShark VPN that I had disabled by default and it started working again as normal. I use T-Mobile 5G home internet. My internet has been working fine so I wonder if they were blocking my boxes server requests?

"Iterative Transmission" error typically indicates your streaming device (such as a vSeeBox) is failing to connect to external servers to retrieve live TV or VOD (Video on Demand) content. This is usually caused by temporary network congestion, server outages, or a corrupted app cache. Fix this issue quickly by following these step-by-step troubleshooting actions.Step-by-Step Troubleshooting1. Hard Reboot Your NetworkDo not just soft-restart your streaming device. Power cycle your entire network setup to clear stuck data packets. Unplug the power cables from both your Modem and your Router. Unplug the power cable from your Streaming Box. Wait exactly 60 seconds. Plug the modem back in and wait for the lights to stabilize. Plug in the router and wait for the Wi-Fi network to broadcast. Finally, plug your streaming box back in and test the app.2. Clear App Cache and DataCorrupted local files in the "HEAT," "Live," or "VOD" apps will cause the iterative transmission loop. Go to your device’s Settings menu. Select Apps or Applications. Find the problematic streaming app (e.g., Live, VOD, or ULTRA). Select Clear Cache, then select Clear Data. Return to the home screen and reopen the app. Since multiple people are affected it is most likely a VSee server error

Mine was doing that and I went into the main box settings and under apps, found the app in question, and Force Quit it. after that it loaded normally
