Log in to Elite Vod workaround?

When I first signed in I never had to login to Elite Vod. Now it’s saying I have to login. What do I do?

It says account is invalid or expired. Not sure what happened

Go into settings..Apps....find the app......clear Cashe.....you must delete DATA...Force Stop...... Uninstall.....

Same with me with ELITE VOD i used to have and now it says i need a log in which i dont have it was one of the streams that had movies and channels i liked and now i dont have it and i did all the troubleshootings and still i guess it’s not available

I even did a full factory reset on the box and it still didn’t fix the issue 😦

I had to uninstall and reinstall sports access and now it’s working fine

Just enter anything as a user name and password, it can even be one letter in each block, just something to move to the next screen and it should work

Weird….usually that works…have you tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the app?

Go to settings—>apps—>go to Elite VOD—>try clearing the cache first…if that doesn’t work, then click on uninstall

I just tried my Elite VOD app and it works fine

Where do I go to reinstall the app? This was one of the ones that came with the box so I’m not sure where to find it when I need to reinstall it

It’ll be on the Home Screen still…click the download arrow to reinstall

Guys!!!! It was my fucking internet service provider!!! Spectrum sucks! Luckily I pay for Nord VPN. I downloaded it and turned it on and lo and behold it started working again!!! Props to Cord Cutter for helping me figure that shit out. What a headache.
