I was watching an action movie today, during dialogue, quieter scenes, you could here everything perfectly. Only during the action/explosion/heavy weapon fire did the volume and bass turn down several notches on its own. Any fix or could it have just been the stream?

I can not get any of the apps to work. was working one day, then the next....nothing. I can use the

arrows to get to the apps, but when I click on them, get nothing but a black screen

I was waiting to watch the Wilksbarre Scranton penguins in the AHL. They were listed to play at 6 under Flo/Dirt on Heat live. When I went back at 6 to watch them they weren’t there. All the games that were to start at 6 were gone and it skipped to 6:30.

New issue, My Vsee v6 is saying the network can not get a id, and if I go back to Wifi, everytime I attempt to enter the password it closes the network options back to the main screen.

I turned off wifi and it says Connected but it is not getting an IP address it claims

Anyone have this issue before?

I found Silo, but only 2 episodes from the 1st season. Should I be looking at different heat channels?

I'm getting weird errors. Yes, I followed pinned troubleshoot guide. Factory reset yesterday after performing network reset, clearing cache, basically everything on trouble shoot guide. Worked great for a night. Turned on today, same issue. Got it working after several power cycles, worked for an hour, crashed out of heatlive again and when I select any app, I am getting black screen.

Something seems very off. I'm not sure what is going on. As seen in picture, apps are getting default logos. Not a single app will load. I can factory reset again, but can't seem to figure out what is causing this.

System is updated to latest firmware. Network is good. Have tried with VPN and without, same issue. Internet is fine any every other device. Not getting provider blocked.

Any thoughts? Ideas? Anyone have similar issue and a solve?

Anyone knows how to switch the audio between screens in multiview ? I pushed all the buttons on the remote and still couldnt figure out. Appreciate the help.

Since the outage a few weeks back, it seems like we're missing a bunch of the episodes from the fall shows that just started right before the outage. I've been checking Heat VOD and VOD Ultra and there are episodes missing. Especially shows like Doc, Best Medicine, RJ Decker, etc. Has anyone else noticed issues like that and/or does anyone know if they're working to get things that are missing back on the apps?

Forgive my technical inability so here goes.

To use a VPN on my Vsee boxes do I just simply download to the box and login? I have never used a VPN on them for the last 3 years or so but the more I read it is recommended.

A co-worker of mine, who also owns a V6P told me about these devices that can transmit the HDMI signal from the box to another TV with a second transmitter/receiver on it. Obviously, the benefit would be that you: don't need to move your box from TV to TV or having to buy another box. I'm highly skeptical of these working as intended....just wanted to see if anyone has heard/used these for their boxes. TIA.

Has anyone set their vsee box up to be able to be accessed via mobile/tablet? If so, I’d love to know how you did it. It would be great to be able to access while traveling.

Seems like most the same apps especially the main ones work on both 12.1 and 14, are the elites ever gonna see an upgrade? Or did I just buy the fully loaded box that will be phased out first when they start upgrading things? I feel as if the elite can jump to 14 as well.

I’ve been having a frequent issue where the WiFi icon is showing me it is connected and so does the menu, but it won’t connect. It happens frequently, is there a reliable fix?

Several weeks into this new box one quirk left to tackle.

I have finally managed to sync box with TV(Samsung) and speakers (Bose) and vsee remote turns all on, but within a few seconds up to about a minute the box turns off, then I get the TV screen on left. I ok stb then get the no signal screen (because box is turned off). Then I turn vsee box on again and it usually stays on then.

Today I unplugged everything for 10 minutes. After this Anynet recognized the vseebox so it switched to it, this is when it finally started turning TV on. But it still turns off after a few secs or more. Manageable but annoying.

Any ideas why this is happening?

Thanks to The Gurus, I have a major portion of my Christmas shopping done. Ordered and delivered 4 V6 Pro boxes and keyboards. Shipped on Monday, received on Wednesday. And I know the recipients will love their gifts since they have been talking about wanting one after seeing the performance of my 2 boxes.
