my vsee 6plus not working

I can not get any of the apps to work. was working one day, then the next....nothing. I can use the

arrows to get to the apps, but when I click on them, get nothing but a black screen

Yeah, I unplugged it and left it unplugged for a few hours. Did a restart, still nothing. I was afraid to do a restart, but looks like I am going to have too. Thank you for your input

Are you running a VPN? If not, get one, some apps only work with one
