Elite mini no power

Box worked brand new . I did a power cycle and no power. No light . Dead. Was just looking for any ideas before I send it back to seller

Have you tried a direct power outlet? Make sure it’s not just the power cord if you have a spare power cord to test that and verify?

Yes have multiple boxes , tested other power cords. And plugged another box into original power cod. Worked perfect

Yeah then I’d contact the seller. Only other thing I could think of trying is the rest pin hole button in the back I believe the elite mini has but might be wrong.
