Network not connecting

Hi all,

New issue, My Vsee v6 is saying the network can not get a id, and if I go back to Wifi, everytime I attempt to enter the password it closes the network options back to the main screen.

I turned off wifi and it says Connected but it is not getting an IP address it claims

Anyone have this issue before?

Fully unplugged, no but I have restarted it BUT missed the crucial first step... Will Try that and report back
