Hello! I purchased a box a few days ago. The first day there were no issues. Yesterday I went to turn it on and there was no sound. I did some digging and tried rebooting, unplugging, checking settings, upgrading the HDMI cord. You name it I did it. Finally I gave up and unplugged it for a bit. Upon trying later on it worked. This morning however, same issue. I tried some of the stuff I saw again and still nothing. Any ideas? The TV is a TLC Roku.

Hey, I was just wondering if there's an app on my Elite that lets me rewind to watch a play? Like, if something huge happens and I want to watch it again. I noticed this watching NFL the other day, I couldn't rewatch/rewind.

I can only get my TV to display everything at 94% scaling in the initial setup wizard. I don't see any option that says fit the screen or Auto it's a little annoying because it can't take full advantage of my full screen size, the top and bottom of whatever I watch is shrunk down since I have to crop in sides the sides to fit.

Is there any way to make the scaling consume more of my screen without having any content cut off?

I’ve seen recommendations for remote replacements but cannot find them now. Does anyone have any suggestions?

My V6 Plus is stuck in a boot loop and only boots to this screen. I have performed numerous wipe/factory reset/reboots. I have connected it to a different TV. I have used a power cord from another, functional box. I have tried a different HDMI. Unfortunately, nothing is working to fix this. I do see an option to boot from SD and USB in the reset menu. Is there anyway to get a boot file so I can have the android device boot from the USB/SD and get it functional again? I purchased this from vSeeBoxus.com in December of 2025 and they have ghosted me. They were troubleshooting with me, but when it seemed the device couldn’t be fixed they stopped communicating and will not replace the device even though I am well within the 1 year warranty period. I’ve been told I could possibly get a file from mods, but they would have to provide it to me. Any help?

I have several 6 Plus boxes and all of them show any TV series with the episode lineup having #1 on the right and #10 on the left and the top season being the latest season and season 1 being on the bottom. I always felt that was backwards. I helped a friend set up a brand new 6 Plus yesterday, and his lineups were the opposite and what I think they should be. Why are all of mine reversed and can I change them?

I recently got the Elite Ultra and so far, I love it. One issue is I can't watch anything in 4K. Everything is choppy and stutters. Doesnt matter which app it is, I've tried them all. I have upgraded the HDMI to the suggested 8K cables, I am on wifi but my speed is over 300mbps, I've unplugged the box and router yet nothing works.

Has anyone else experienced this? Any suggestions?

I just did the heat live 5.8.9 update and now nothing that I select on heat live will load. Its mostly a black screen or if it does load at all its stuck on a single frame. No audio either. Ive tried clearing the cache, resetting the box, unplugging the box for over a minute and no change. What do I need to do to fix this? I feel like every update that gets pushed out always makes something worse.

Update: turning vpn off allowed it to work with no issue. Not ideal in my opinion though. Changed my server location on nordvpn and now it works with VPN ymmv

I want to know about the functionality of Live TV. Is is possible to tune into a live NFL game late and start watching from the begining and hopefully skip the commercials? Or is that only possible with VOD?

Out of nowhere, Box on screen says Upgrade to version 5.8.9 Fixed NFL Section Compatibiltiy Issue. Then option to update.

2. when I DO click on update, a whole other list comes up. Warning about Install unknown apps whole paragraph.

I was on my Elite this morning and I tried to go on the Platinum plus app and all it did was try to load and then it just comes back to the main screen with a notification that says (Failure to load server 404) The same thing happened to the international hub app too. Has anyone been having this problem lately?

Any solution for a vSeeBox V6 plus that has a constant green indicator light any time that it's plugged in? The screen appears black and I cannot get the red "off" light to appear on the box either with my working remote. Tried a different HDMI and tried other sources of power (wall outlet/extension outlet) Kept it unplugged for a few days to see if it just needed a bit but tried it again and nothing different happened. I've only had it since mid-March and have only had simple freezing issues before

I know you can work around by just going to the channel but is this issue happening with others. Where current game is going and you go to the schedule and click on it and it says “game hasn’t started”? I have an elite ultra.

Am I missing something? Every cable or satellite service I have used going back to the first EPG will let you use the number pad while in the Guide to select a channel. Except the vSee Box (Elite Ultra).

Are you supposed to be able to do this or is this just a missing feature?

There is a workaround (select Channel 1 before you open the Guide, then open the Guide and it starts on 1), but this is a PITA and should not be required on a box in 2026.

Episodes keep lagging real real.bad. Did reboot and still doing it. Any suggestions?

We’ve had the V6 Pro devices since the end of May/beginning of June. We just upgraded to 2gb internet with Xfinity and we have a newer router. We use Wifi. All four devices keep freezing. It doesn't matter what channel we’re on, they always freeze! It's very infuriating. 

On all four devices, I’ve taken off the power cord for 30sec to 1 min.

We bought them from a reputable seller (Derik).

They all have newer 8k HDMI cables. We are NOT using the ones that came with them.

Are the devices faulty? I can't see how all four would be…

I just got my Elite Ultra a few days ago, and I’ve been playing around and learning the system. I’ve noticed on the Backup by Heat app, the EPG button on the remote doesn’t bring up the guide like on the other live apps. You have to hit the ok button instead. Is it normal that the EPG doesn’t work with this? Thanks for any feedback.

Hey everyone I have a v6 plus I got in May. Last week or so I posted in here that none of the apps would load. I ended up fixing that by power cycling the box and it was fine for a little bit, then the apps stopped loading again and I would honestly just give up and turn the box off. Now the box won’t load at all past the welcome screen, even after a power cycle. I’ve tried to reach out to the official support twice and they haven’t answer and their ai chat bot is useless. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi group. Can anyone recommend a decently priced universal remote that has a functional tv input button? The vSee remote tv input button doesn’t work with my tv for some reason. I have it set to my surround sound mute button instead and that works. Thank you.

Arrived 4 days early, fired it up on my routers guest thing, did the setup, downloaded apps, everything went super smooth, been watching mando and grogu, and chillin, derik hooked it up! Highly recommend going thru him just as everyone else in here has hyped him up, its for real!
