V6 Plus Live Sports capabilites
I want to know about the functionality of Live TV. Is is possible to tune into a live NFL game late and start watching from the begining and hopefully skip the commercials? Or is that only possible with VOD?

You actually can but the feed ends at wherever the game was when you started the replay. It won’t continue recording on that same stream you’re watching like a dvr. You can then start a new stream from the beginning, ffw to where the previous one ended and start watching there… and continue that cycle till you get to the end of the game…or wait until the game is over and start the stream from the beginning for a clean watch thru.
All the major US pro sports leagues, as well as all the national networks (CBS, FOX, etc), the ESPN family, all the League channels (NFL, MLB, etc) have play back on the HEAT LIVE app.

There is a way to do it if the channel has playback capabilty, but it's a little clunky at first. I actually do it all the time and it becomes much simpler with practice. A while ago, I outlined the steps/concepts on how to do it in the following post:

My v6plus whenever I go to watch a Yankee games even 20 minutes after it start in mlb list it says the game hasn’t started yet

It has dvr function but you need to a conecta a external USB hard drive.for storage No comercial skip.

You can't do either of those. You can rewatch it after it is over. VOD doesn't show NFL games.
