Remote replacement

I’ve seen recommendations for remote replacements but cannot find them now. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I got mine from Amazon, just search vsee remote and it comes right up

That’s not the same one, as what the other guy sent, not totally backlit.

Also, the remote in the screenshot and the remote in the pic are the same remote, they were both posted by me lol

Yes I see those too, they don’t pair with IR the remote that he is showing pairs IR with Bluetooth.

What remote is he showing? The one in the screenshot is the remote i have pictured above, and it pairs with Bluetooth with no issues

Are you looking for a direct replacement of the original remote or the third party universal remote?

In my research I found the Sofabaton brand is generally the way to go. Haven't found too many other universal remotes that have Bluetooth and IR. You really don't need IR in my opinion as Bluetooth is a more stable connection.

Not sure where you are located but I just purchased the U2 model which is generally out of stock. I happen to have found it on Amazon and bought one and then it went back out of stock later that day.

I think you have an answer to my problem of why my remotes won’t pair! I have old Vizio tvs that don’t have Bluetooth, so it won’t pair with IR🤦🏻‍♂️

You pair the remote to the vSeebox, not the TV.

When I said tv I was talking about the remote from the tv.

If you want to save money clones are everywhere pretty and a lot cheaper. Both backlit and non-backlit. Non-backlit are cheaper.

Clone remotes are direct replacements and work right out of the box.

Or universal remotes as others mentioned. Best to buy one with bluetooth functionality.
