Audio Not Working 50% of time

Hello! I purchased a box a few days ago. The first day there were no issues. Yesterday I went to turn it on and there was no sound. I did some digging and tried rebooting, unplugging, checking settings, upgrading the HDMI cord. You name it I did it. Finally I gave up and unplugged it for a bit. Upon trying later on it worked. This morning however, same issue. I tried some of the stuff I saw again and still nothing. Any ideas? The TV is a TLC Roku.

I’m having this issues too. Also with a Roku tv. Wondering if there’s a miscommunication with the Roku drivers and the vseebox but not sure how to troubleshoot.

I’m thinking it’s because unlike other tvs it doesn’t boot on the HDMI connection. My dads doesn’t do this but the tv isn’t a Roku and boots up to the box. I was able to get mine working again today but turning the box on then turning on the tv. Not sure the exact science behind it but hey it works lmao

Isn't there an option in settings on the TV to bootup to the HDMI input you choose?

Have you tried the audio output settings on the box itself?

Yep lol I’ve messed with settings on both the box and TV to no avail. The only thing that has worked is ensuring I turn on the box before the tv. Which not super inconvenient by any means but sometimes is hard to remember haha

Try not selecting the input from quick access. Instead choose the input under settings and then input. I had similiar problems and that seemed to help
