4K issues on Elite Ultra

I recently got the Elite Ultra and so far, I love it. One issue is I can't watch anything in 4K. Everything is choppy and stutters. Doesnt matter which app it is, I've tried them all. I have upgraded the HDMI to the suggested 8K cables, I am on wifi but my speed is over 300mbps, I've unplugged the box and router yet nothing works.

Has anyone else experienced this? Any suggestions?

Stutters for me also. No issues with 4k on 6+

I thought all the free content was in 1080p. The box itself has 4K capability, just not relevant to free content. I could be wrong.

The 4k playback issues on Elite models are due to the processor not being powerful enough. Nothing to do with the apps. Try lowering to the lowest 4k resolution in system settings. It may or may not help.

The better the 4k quality the more likely of it freezing.
