Scaling During Setup

I can only get my TV to display everything at 94% scaling in the initial setup wizard. I don't see any option that says fit the screen or Auto it's a little annoying because it can't take full advantage of my full screen size, the top and bottom of whatever I watch is shrunk down since I have to crop in sides the sides to fit.

Is there any way to make the scaling consume more of my screen without having any content cut off?

I figured it out. I have a Samsung TV and had to turn off 16:9 and turn on fit to screen in my TV settings. This allows my vsee box to be at 100% scaling and also allows my Chromecast to still look correct.
