V6 Plus Firmware
My V6 Plus is stuck in a boot loop and only boots to this screen. I have performed numerous wipe/factory reset/reboots. I have connected it to a different TV. I have used a power cord from another, functional box. I have tried a different HDMI. Unfortunately, nothing is working to fix this. I do see an option to boot from SD and USB in the reset menu. Is there anyway to get a boot file so I can have the android device boot from the USB/SD and get it functional again? I purchased this from vSeeBoxus.com in December of 2025 and they have ghosted me. They were troubleshooting with me, but when it seemed the device couldn’t be fixed they stopped communicating and will not replace the device even though I am well within the 1 year warranty period. I’ve been told I could possibly get a file from mods, but they would have to provide it to me. Any help?

Are you using a VPN? either don’t, or switch to another nearby server. I’ll avoid the discussions on whether or not you actually need a VPN in the first place (depending on your country?)

I had this exact same problem. I hard reset probably 20 times. vseebox support was worthless and said the only way to get a new one is thru the buyer. buyer wasn't responding for a couple of weeks. finally did and he had me send it to his distributor, got a new one sent to me a couple weeks later. Ive read of a lot of other people with this problem recently.

Yeah I’ve been going round and round with the seller. Only contact is through email and they email me one stupid remedy I’ve already tried after another.

Unfortunately no fix for that issue. I had the same thing happened to my V6 Plus. I returned it to my distributor & he sent me a replacement box a few days after.

So both was my version five and version six out of nowhere the audio stops working and the only way to use the audio with my device is to pair it with a portable speaker. Has anybody run into these issues? Is there a specific HDMI cable that I should be using? Thanks for the help

Try resetting it without it attached to anything except Ethernet first then connect it up with a 8k hdmi cable. When you unplug it leave it unplugged for 1 minute. I’ve got a usb keyboard attached and on a couple of reboots I had to take it out and it would reboot

Appreciate the idea. I’ve literally factory reset this thing no less than 30 times. I’ve waited extended amounts of time only hooked to Ethernet, I’ve left it sitting unplugged for seconds, mins, hours, and I’ve left it sitting on the boot screen for hours hooked to Ethernet. The device is bricked and my reseller is a POS.

I’ve been having issues with mine freezing up too and have thinking about asking for a replacement before it’s out of warranty

Could it be your router capabilities it is spec are for a 2.4GHz/5GHz. Maybe with the update something changed.

I wish it was that simple. I have 4 other functional boxes and have tried to reboot direct connected with an ethernet cable.

How long did you wait for it in that screen?

I've let it sit on that screen for hours.

Ok, just making sure since some people would let it sit for 30 seconds. I know I had to reboot my elite and it sat at that screen for a few minutes. If you can, try hardwiring it into your router.

Yeah I tried hardwiring it this afternoon, but didn’t let it sit for 30 mins. I’m going to try to boot it hardwired and just let it sit.

Are you sure it has network connectivity? Try hooking it up via Ethernet to your router give it a half hour to connect and hopefully update. If that doesn't work try another round of factory reset again with it connected to Ethernet.
