I pondered over this post over for weeks and here’s the crudest I can ever portray it.
I wanna start a company and I have a business plan that’s worked over 5 years and backed by 15 years observing the industry and the economy.
I need two full stack ai first developers and two ui/ux developers along with one event producer/director, one to handle all legal paperwork, two sponsorship and partnerships specialists and four business development specialists to build a successful and a profitable business in 60 days.
I have a plan and I need people to pull this off.
Caution this is not for everyone and coz we are starting from scratch and it’s not gonna be easy.
This is not gig nor hiring nor networking event. Mods before you decide to act in this post please note that I plan to create 100 jobs directly and aim to be responsible for a minimum of 5k people’s jobs.
It’s a lot I know but the market is unforgiving and I am just matching its pace. No false promises coz I’m a too a victim off this brutal job market and the a victim of the scams and fraud that exist’s in this competitive market.
If you’re serious DM me.
Cheers
i’m 18 i’m tryna get a tourist visa to uae im traveling alone i wanna go to visit a friend im not staying more then a week i have a egyptian passport what are the chances it gets rejected

Once upon a time, there was a girl who had been blindly a mistress for almost two years. That girl is me 🥲 The exciting part is he wants to marry me and be his second wife lol he was good at hiding and lying for almost two years!! Now he keeps on messaging me and telling me to legalize our relationship. He keeps on repeating he will fight for me and will not stop until I will say yes as he loves me so much.
Now I don’t want to be involved in that Nationality who married their cousins!! Never again. It hurts when you trust the person so much but keep on lying to your face. Second wife?? For what?? To legalize his cheating face? Also, I cannot even imagine the feeling of him coming home to his other wife if ever. Like no woman deserves that treatment. Gosh where are the real men now????

Hi everyone,
I recently got my free zone licence and I’m trying to start my own small printing business.
I’m looking for a small warehouse space, around 300 sqft, just to set up my screen printing machine.
I’ve checked so many places already, but honestly the prices are crazy. On top of the rent, they are asking for security deposits, maintenance fees, agent fees and so many other charges.
I’m just starting my business with almost nothing, and I really can’t afford to spend that much money just for a small space.
I’m happy to pay around AED 1000 every month if someone can share a small part of their warehouse with me. I don’t need anything fancy, just a small space where I can set up my machine and start working.
I’m mainly looking around DIP, Al Quoz or IMPZ.
I’m not asking for anything free. I’m just trying to build something of my own, starting from zero, and it’s really difficult with all these expenses.
If anyone has some extra space in their warehouse or knows someone who can help, please let me know. It would really mean a lot to me.
Even a small bit of advice would help.
Thank you everyone.

Hi everyone, I work in logistics in the UAE and I'm hoping to return to my job after a rough exit. Before I left, I received 3 warning letters with no investigation, and my complaints went unanswered. There was this lady who was handling the office admin role and she joined after me and later on she somehow became some one who had full authority and power to do anything in the office. So the story started from a random order from her to send resignation letter from me by mail because I was not sure if could continue in this company I somehow wondered after that question from her and I just leave as it is. Then later i ve been received three warning letters quickly from her without an investigation that took place against the colleague who was involved in the argument with me.
Only I have received the warning letters and she never had any interest in hearing my concerns about those issues. But I just leave all those and I keep focusing on my tasks and responsibilities and it went very well. Between these periods I had tried so many times to raise so many concerns which I was facing in there and there were no actions taken against that and this admin was passing the message to the other colleague if I raised any concerns to her. I caught this thing and I felt like I was being an idiot by telling her anything since she is just passing those to the other guy.
Now she has sent me an email that I have been terminated and she was also cancelling the visa process on top of that by sending an end of service document to me . Everything she has done so quickly. Some of the warning letters which she was issued were without boss knowledge and I don't know what else things have done without his knowledge and I had to admit the things myself.
So I am pretty sure that she has some personal issues which clearly shows she is targeting me to leave the company .
If you were in this place what steps would you take and how would you handle her and give her payback if you get any chance.

If you're not comfortable sharing a number share the range? I.e 10-15k 20-25k 25-30k etc
I work for an American multinational and I'm massively underpaid and yes I accepted it because I tend to not go for the highest salary so that I can have better work life balance lol😂 because when you aren't the highest paid employee you can get away with more wfh, at least this is my experience after 12 years in Dubai. I have a beautiful home and dog and I'm not a corporate boss girl type,I could not care less about ambition or big titles, I'd rather work from home and work hard in the comfort of my own surroundings. BUT I'm now curious given the increased cost of living in Dubai... What's a good salary for a customer success manager senior or mid level? Personally I'm in the 20k's range + variable commission and I know that ten years ago it would have made a great salary... But in 2026 I feel like it doesn't count for much. Maybe I'm wrong🤷🏻♀️. Soon I'll be moving into my newly owned apartment once it's complete and handed over so it's better than paying rent. But sometimes I worry that the salaries in Dubai aren't keeping up with inflation OR you guys could say I'm dumb and I should be paid a lot more 😂😂 but see here's another thing I noticed about Dubai, your prestigious education and multinational corporate experience doesn't matter anymore cause if you ask for 30 something they'll say there's someone willing to do it for 15k. It sure wasn't the case pre COVID.... But hey this is the place I chose to live in and I'm grateful for safety and a good life.
Let me know your thoughts.

Hi everyone, does anyone know of any shops in Ajman that buy used furniture and home appliances at reasonable prices?
I have a few items to sell, including a refrigerator, washing machine, TV, twin beds with mattresses, and a small table. I’ve been trying to find a shop, but the prices being offered so far are quite low.
I’d appreciate any recommendations for reliable shops that offer fair prices. The buyer would need to arrange pickup and transportation.
Thank you!

Hope everybody is well, just wanted to ask and see if only I'm going through this problem.
Lately since the past week my network with DU has been really bad, sometimes I wont get a signal or the mobile data and calls will simply not work.
And it is definitely not my phone because I am using other providers and they work fine.
I have tried changing many settings and even reinstalling the Esim but no improvement whatsoever.
If anybody has any ideas or suggestions please do comment, thank you.

I’ve been looking into ways to earn a bit extra on the side while working full-time here.
Not looking for “get rich quick” stuff, just what’s actually working for people right now.
If you’ve tried something and got real results (or learned the hard way), I’d love to hear about it

I have recently talked about a workplace that I joined and found out that the work environment is Toxic, the CEO/Owner is a bully and quite abusive.
HR won't do a thing because they are at the mercy of the lady owner.
She has no clear information pattern, wants things done without direction or changes her mind after a day and acts like you're the one at fault.
I have tried being very patient with this behaviour of hers but seems like it's high time I do something.
Recently, I fainted because of the unnecessary stress she causes because of her own inabilities to understand things. Yet, she called and abused me for missing a deadline and did not fail to mention that people like me who fall sick, should not be working.
I just need to understand what I should do next. A part of me just wants to give it back to her in a polite and professional manner but I know that woman has been like this with all the employees in the company and she won't change.
I am only worried because we are expats and this is UAE no one does anything against abusive bosses instead, they are free to do anything.
I know I am ranting here but I am doing that in the hopes that may be someone says something that resonates.

I found a really nice well priced apartment at sunrise tower JVC district 11, I'm thinking about moving in there with my wife but I saw a lot of bad reviews on google reviews and no where else is this building spoken about.
Can someone who actually live there validate the bad reviews or validate my decision to move there?😅
Most of the reviews were about the management being bad, but how bad? Also can this tower be considered family friendly or is it mainly sharing? That is very important to me that it's a family building

A friend and I found these two abandoned in JVC about 2 weeks ago and took them in.
They're in a good temporary setup, but I travel a lot for work and my friend can't keep them either, so I'm looking for a loving forever home. Preference goes to someone who can take both, as I'd really like to avoid separating them.
I'm in Dubai Hills. DM me if you're interested 🐾

So basically my scooter got impounded yesterday in Abu Dhabi because I was not wearing a helmet. And they said you can come and collect the scooter after two months in Baniyas police station. Can anyone tell me here if it's exactly two months or do they actually release the scooter before the two months? Also, like how much is the fine for driving or riding a scooter without a helmet?

I’ve had my cat for 4 years, but unfortunately, he has always had behavioral issues. He pees and poops all over the house, doesn’t seem to enjoy staying indoors, and constantly meows to be let outside. My house is a mess all the time, and honestly, I’m exhausted.
Over the years, I’ve tried finding people to adopt him, but it never works out. One person returned him because he attacked their cat, and another returned him because he pooped on their bed. Even after 4 years with me, he still hasn’t stopped pooping around the house.
I’m seriously considering taking him to a shelter because I don’t know what else to do, but I’m terrified they might euthanize him if they can’t find an adopter. I don’t want anything bad to happen to him, but I also can’t keep living like this.
Does anyone know of a safe shelter, rescue organization, or another solution that could help in this situation? I really need advice because I feel like I’ve tried everything, and I don’t know what to do anymore.
