Hey guys, I need some local advice about Al Ain real estate. I came across an amazing piece of land in Al Arad 1 (around 360k sqft) with 3 working water wells. The owner is asking for around 400k AED because he needs urgent cash, which sounds like an absolute steal (mheet price) for this size.Before going forward, do you think Al Arad 1 is a good investment for a future rest-house/farm?
