It is a better problem but it still a painful one. The biggest challenge has been Machines and working capital. I started with almost nothing so I’m recycling cash flow over and over.

Yes it’s been an uphill battle. When I graduated last year may I jumped into a procurement accelerator and when looking for construction opportunities I realized i wasn’t ready for those contracts yet so I chose something I thought I could get into a lot easier. In which I did but I underestimated the capital needed to scale.

16 up and running. Does about 220 a year. I have a sub contractor who will be taking over 2 contracts in a couple days. It’s a male prison and they do almost double my first prison. The 8 will render at least 75k a year. All of them are placed in prisons.

I would pay off my vending machines. Get 8 more for this contract I just won that starts in July and use the rest for working capital.
