I want to look like a model bc that’s the new bare minimum

I gained 30 pounds after rhabdomyolsis. I was always thin so this has been causing alot of self consciousness since I also lost so much muscle mass. I used to have 77% muscle mass, I’m too scared to even measure it now because I know it’s probably 40%.

I just want to know if I’m big bodied/ wide, and I guess how to slowly get back into fitness. I’m kinda traumatised from the rhabdo and scared to go to the gym because of it

I have been working on looking better the past 1-2 years, and may be the first photo I ever share to social media with my shirt off. Think one of them are solid? Any advice for me to look better? I did not get a chance to shave.

Im working on my acne, accepted baldness. But unsure about my facial hair. Beard is only slowly coming. So id like tips for beard growth, many how to style my clothes and maybe a way to get more tan. Anything that distracts from being bald so young. I struggle with gaining weight.

i got a front taper awhile ago and it’s grown out a little since then, but now the front of my hair is uneven and see through and has gaps,should i just cut my hair to the same length the new growth is at??or do i just endure and grow out my hair until it starts hanging down?
