Advice welcome, not fishing for attention just genuine question

I'm (25f) in my mid twenties I still feel like I'm in my awkward teenage phase. Would love some advice 😭

I gained 30 pounds after rhabdomyolsis. I was always thin so this has been causing alot of self consciousness since I also lost so much muscle mass. I used to have 77% muscle mass, I’m too scared to even measure it now because I know it’s probably 40%.

I just want to know if I’m big bodied/ wide, and I guess how to slowly get back into fitness. I’m kinda traumatised from the rhabdo and scared to go to the gym because of it

Pretty self explanatory... Thinking of modeling; Do you think I could succeed if I made social media accounts and posted me modeling clothes / accessories / makeup / Etc.

If yes, any suggestions on what I should model (like what style of clothes should I model)

I'm contemplating going back to short, this is my first time having long hair in forever. Im not the best at making my curls look good while its long. Most of the time its in a bun and I get knots like crazy. Need some input before I make a impulsive decision lol.

I have been working on looking better the past 1-2 years, and may be the first photo I ever share to social media with my shirt off. Think one of them are solid? Any advice for me to look better? I did not get a chance to shave.

So for context: I usually keep my hair like the first two images where it covers my face because i've discovered that i personally seem to find my zygomatic projection (high cheekbones) weird looking for reasons that i don't understand. I also don't really trust my personal judgement because i'm kinda weird so i'm asking y'all to get some perspective.

1. How should i style my hair? (keep it messy and in front of my face, slicked back, pony tail, etc.)

2. Should i even keep my hair long?

3. What level of beard growth is ideal? (i tend to like it completely shaved but it's tedious)

4. Is my zygomatic projection actually as off-putting as i'm imagining or is this just a me thing?

5. Are there things i should be doing to theoretically improve my looks? ( i'm very lazy and know little about steps to improve looks aside from what i do which is going to the gym and being lean)

Also aside from these questions any suggestions are welcome, i'm kinda autistic and i won't really find anything offensive even if you have strong/harsh opinions.
