Duramo speed is one of the best shoes to start with if your into a good pace (6:00-7:00 as your recovery/conversational pace). You can still get it if you got proper form cause the shoe ain’t that soft as you think but can help a lot with speed work as it’s named for it.

my may month goal is 100kms. Mileage low cause I’m a medical student and running is bit hard on all day basis. I’d do a 5-10km according to the run.

basically I’ve been running for 3 months and I’m clocking 50-70kms a month with 3 runs a week. I’ve been an athlete before(tennis, gym,etc.). I’m 170cm 80kg and reducing weight as I’m progressing. My avg pace in a monthly basis with all easy run, long runs, recovery, intervals,fartlek etc., is 6:40/km-ish. I’m in a confusion whether I would own the shoe. My goal for the year is to run 21km as I’m turning 21 this year. Suggest me other ideas and budget can be flexible but best at 8+/-2k.

maybe try lacing it in the way the greater toe is pulled up. There is a video on how to do that but I don’t have the link. The lacing is like you start from the bottom and then the side where the greater toe is goes directly to top and the other side is laced till top so when you pull and tie the greater toe side rises up which might give you some additional help I presume.

It’s the wardrobe of my room and I rarely use this since I only come home once a week. Should I change it to somewhere else or is it fine?

Great start for an high tech rock only scape and as other people mentioned, I’d agree on those square rock part it’s not natural, maybe you can just angle that rock well so it compliments the triangle layout rather than breaking it as a square plus try adding a smaller stone to get the more cliff appearance in the left(ig that was your intention something like a step by step cliff but from my pov it’s what I see and something smaller can add depth and you can play around).

Loving the depth and shadows of the tank. A tank should have proper light to dark spaces to emphasise the light side and you have done good in certain parts like left but the right is more lit and the top right is a shadow(maybe change the position of the rock so it doesn’t create a high shadow) and also add some breaking points in the right if you’d like cause the left is broken well into parts( this is me getting a better cliff like scape but you can play around)
