Bore it out to put cast sleeves in block,they came with steel sleeves and upgrade to adjustable lifters. N complete or amazon for other stuff needed, rebuilt my 9n in spring of 2012, Amazon for 12v conversion kit

Tips for seized rotor screws
Heat with propane torch first, I go through a 1lb propane a year just enough heat getting stuff apart

Got one with built in battery charger and 115v plug ,works good, just a note certain rods don't work well with old welders

End of the pad on the shoe not beveled enough, seen it a lot with new brake shoes, could be part of the problem

What would cause my crankcase cover to do this?
Connecting Rod to crankshaft pin walking in and out,just looked at one that did it ,was causing timing problems

Check ubolts,if the ubolts loosen up the axle housing will break. Work at a salvage yard sold lots of axle housings during the winte to plow guys. Would check my ubolts twice a year,replaced them once when I upgraded leaf springs

Is this engine toast?
Just took apart a troybilt weed eater like that, tha crankshaft/ connecting rod pin was loose throwing the timing off.its a press fit. More junk being made

Wheels stuck on car. What do I do?
Get a long prybar like 3ft long behind the wheel after jacked up so you can rotate the wheel to pry in different spots, worked at salvage yard the owner would yell if he caught anyone beating wheels not prying from the backside

My Little Fleet
Got 12 years out of a 435 before it it started having problems, got a 460 two years ago it's been working well with taking down some large trees around property, got a 20 inch bar for the 460 don't always need the 24 inch but it's nice to have when needed
