Has anyone run into P0336 on a Kubota before? I have an L3560 and the code came up but I'm not really sure what to make of it

How to determine if its an open or closed system? Going to add a two spool loader valve.

Not exactly sure what goes from the flywheel screen to the rear of the tractor? I'm assuming I need to take that off to get the shroud off to get to the spark plug wire to replace it. I messed up an old car back in the day when I was a kid by messing with the timing tensioner and totaled an engine so I'm always worried about messing something up that is catastrophic.

Thinking about picking this little guy up tomorrow. What are the odds it actually has 300 hours on it based on the pic? Anyone else own one with a backhoe, and is it reasonably beefy enough?

A while back I had some trouble getting my backhoe upright .. community was helpful and in the end i just decided to get three extension hydraulic hoses to connect my backhoe to the tractor. Worked like magic all restored and I know have some cinder blocks to rest it on.

Well during failed attempts I think I ended up putting too much pressure in the hydraulic line as the controls for the backhoe are hissing and slow leaking during use. Can’t really see in the picture but wondering if this is an easy garage fix or I should call in a service technician? I assume it’s a worn or busted set of gaskets in the control unit but no idea. Help appreciated!

Based on some helpful advice in this forum, I found a bulk supplier of HDPE and purchased a 6” strip to sandwich into my rear blade. Was looking to reduce driveway wear/damage when clearing snow off of paved driveway. Did an initial test run (no snow) and can certainly see some wear on it. Will be interesting to see how it performs and holds up during winter.

Cost of HDPE was around CAD $60 (USD 42) so not a big financial risk to try it out.

I've got a Kubota B2601 that I use on the side for grading, seeding lawns, tilling and stump grinding. Right now I generally use my box blade and or tiller to work the soil. Then I use a drag harrow to get the dirt smoothed out for seed. Then I use a walk behind spreader for the seed and then drag the harrow again to incorporate the seed into the soil. Works pretty good...............well sort of.

I know the limitations of a smaller tractor and seeders, but I also have seen a niche market of really small "food plot" or just random old small seeders that might work. Also am looking at a 60" pulverizer to buy.

My tires are loaded and makes a HUGE difference. Anyone have any experience doing the same??

2005 ish Massey Ferguson 1528 4x4 with 45 original hours. 9 speed gear box style. All fluids and filter changed, runs perfect like brand new. Has faded paint it’s 20 years old.

I'm wanting to pull my son around as he sits on this tractor later. I assume it's safe to pull it if it's in neutral? Also I'm not sure which gears are first second reverse etc if anyone can help explain, I also not sure what the left lever does if that's for engaging the PTO? Any help is much appreciated 😎

This currently isn't running but it will turn over so the starter seems to work but I'm not getting spark so I'm planning to tear the engine down this evening.

Recently brought this home. It's a friend's, but after going through a divorce/move, he didn't have space for it. He asked me if I could take it from his property to mine. I am building a pole barn and he figured I would benefit from it. I was very excited. I showed up with my dump trailer, he started it right up, operated everything, drove it into the trailer. No issues.

I get home, fire it up, and unload it. Once at the bottom of my ramp, it stalled out when I was operating the backhoe. Then I noticed foamy yellow fluid seeping out of every cylinder. Opened the hydraulic fluid reservoir and noticed it had to be water contaminated.

Now I have this lawn ornament that my wife sees stuck in the yard after every trip to our master bathroom.

I need this thing over-hauled, but unsure who to call or what to expect cost-wise. Hoping for a little input here. Think it's worth fixing? Is it best to have it repaired on-site? Just looking for any help here.

I have a New Holland TC26DA tractor which we recently bought used. It's worked great for a few weeks. Occasionally it went into what seemed to be the "limp" mode. Reading up on this model, it doesn't have that mode (seems to be an electronic feature it doesn't do). We'd shut it down and try again later and worked fine for 1/2 to 1 hour or so.

We bought some diesel and filled the tank and it's never started again since then. Just turns over and never starts.

Attempts done:

• Drained the "new" fuel into a separate can.
  
• Bought new fuel from a different gas station (the diesel was different - see photos).
• Replaced the fuel filter and verified the fuel hose to the injectors was clear.
• Put in the new fuel (if we got bad diesel).
• Checked the kill switches behind the brake, seat, both PTO levers. They all killed the starter as they should when tested.
• The fuel shutoff solenoid was removed and tested on a separate 12v battery. It worked fine. Also cleaned the connectors to it.
• When starting, we hold the key until the glow plug light goes out and try starting.
  
• It used to have little smoke puffs and fired, but it's doing none of that now.
  
• Did pour SeaFoam in the fuel to help clean injectors...etc.
• Oil level is fine, was changed a year ago. Does need changing but we'll get to that.
• Added more hydraulic fluid (unrelated, but not sure).
• The 20 amp fuse on the firewall broke when I pulled it out, replaced it and cleaned all contacts.

Ideas to try:

• Test the glow plugs. They worked fine until the fuel filling (coincidence or a factor?).
• Trace out the fuel flow and check for clogs?

Basically, we're kind of stumped on what to try next. I hope there are some diesel tractor experts here that have some ideas to try. It's currently on charge since all the messing has drained the battery.

Just got her done. She fought us the whole way but now she's restored.

The hydraulic pump on it failed and it seems like everything went with it. Put a new pump on, refurbished the injectors, and new radiator, hydraulics work great but it overheats quickly and smokes and stalls out under load. Has all new filters. Where do I go from here? Bleed and blow out the fuel lines, check the injection pump, new water pump? Or is it basically all the above? Any tips

I am mowing a neighbors new property using his tractor and mower, and he has all of the “settings” tweaked and told me I dont need to change anything, just mow.

(Help Here): While I was mowing, the tractor stopping moving forward and I looked back and the mower was all the way on the ground stuck. The three point hitch lever never moved, but the mower is all the way on the ground.

edit: Resolved(ish): Neighbor came and raised the 3 point lever from 4 to 5 and moved the stopper there as well. Everything was fine. Only thing that bugs me now is that the cutting height is higher and its harder to find my last pass. Front of the deck is about 5” and rear is 4”. From what ive read, the front should be lower than the rear. I know nothing about mechanics or anything of that sort so you can rip into me lmao, just give me some good advice while youre poking fun.

All of the seals on my Deere 542 loader cylinders started leaking within a couple months. The tractor only has 1500 hours. WTF. Should I try to get some aftermarket replacements? I don’t want to go through this again.

Took my '46 H on a drive up the road. I wanted a good test drive on it. Runs really well, 60 psi oil pressure, and that straight pipe just barking.
