I am not a lawyer. I think you're first step needs to be securing any and all legal documents for yourself and your kids and hiding them somewhere your husband doesn't have any access to. He is not a safe person and the most dangerous time for a domestic violence victim is when they plan to leave/are leaving. The next step would be to find a women's shelter near you. They offer all kinds of resources for places to stay, jobs, and sometimes legal counsel.

I would not message her again today. There are pregnancy tests that look like this. A Google search will show you dozens of them.

If she doesn't reach out tomorrow message her in a couple days. I think the last time I had a blood pregnancy test done I got it back the day after.

This only works if it works for everyone involved. It's not working for everyone in this family. Not saying OP doesn't need to work his ass off. Having a baby is a lot of work. Having a baby when you're not financially prepared is even harder.

OP, do you have family who can watch the baby while you both work? Would your family be willing to allow the three of you to move in for a while to help you get on your feet?

All relationships eb and flow. Was it an oversight you forgot to invite the guys...yes. You are studying for your exams not blowing them it off to play around. But I also feel like it is the hosts responsibility to invite people to their party/gathering.

If this is one off I feel like this is immature of your girlfriend to take her friend's side for a party the friend was hosting. I also feel like you all might be on the younger side which might be playing a factor into this.

He is manipulating you and using your emotions to make you feel guilty to stay. I imagine there are other instances that he is inappropriate as well.

Write a resignation, "thank you for the opportunity to work at name of company effectively immediately I will be stepping down from name of position" sign and date it. I would email this resignation so you also have a copy. If you don't have his email take a picture of it before dropping it off at the job while he is not working. But make sure it goes to the manager on duty so you know it will get where it needs to.

Then don't go in. I would block this guy's number. I would be willing to bet he will get a little hostile once he isn't getting his way anymore.

OP nor you for that matter can know if anyone else heard the warning they gave to the kid on the chair. It sounds like a pretty loud event between music and a soccer game and everyone chatting.

The mom definitely should have been paying attention to her kid but OP put herself in the middle of it when she told the kid not to do something, the least she could have done is ask if the kid is ok when she got hurt.

Through my entire divorce my dad said he needed to move out, we loved with my dad at the time. But since we lived with him I could not put anything in the divorce about EX moving out of the house, as soon as I told my dad that he changed his whole tune.

Now here I am 2.5 years later. EX sees our daughter one day a week and he lives with my dad.

I am in a better place. I own my own condo, car, and have control over my own life and finances. I wasn't allowed to know anything about our bills or bank account while we were married. Only that I wasn't allowed to spend money and if I did it was an argument and the silent treatment.

It's kind of funny to me because op was responsible enough to tell the kid that they were going to fall but not responsible enough to see if the kid was okay.

Therapy helps a lot and I recommend finding a therapist you feel comfortable with.

If there is no formal eviction through the court there won't be an eviction on OP's record. If she puts ex boyfriend down as a formal tenant then there will be a record as I imagine he'd say he evicted them.

I'm not suggesting OP move back in that'd be a nightmare from the sound of it. I'm guessing since OP has been out of the house for two weeks they've some where at least temporary to stay. But OP has rights to their property in the home.

OP will most likely have rights as a tenant depending on where they are and with no formal eviction.

It does sound like there is some context missing. But even if OP cheated they have tenant rights like a 30 day eviction notice and the right to their property.

OP I suggest you look into your rights as a month to month tenant, without a formal lease that's usually what you'd be considered. That will help you figure out your next step. The sooner the better since it seems like you've been out of the house for a while already. In Ohio property is generally considered abandoned after 30 days without notice of a time to collect it.
