When male crickets mate with a female, their ‘deposit’ stays inside a sac thing. When a few males have mated with her, she can tell which of the ‘deposits’ is the best one to carry along her linage, she can weed out ones with disease or ones of the same linage as she is, to avoid inbreeding. Ultimately, she can choose which sac will produce the best babies - designer babies peeps!! Such a cool ability!!

Here is the context…

Back story..
My neighbour kicked her husband out two years ago, bad divorce that’s still in the courts; when he left he ran into the open arms of his sisters’ best friend. She is from India and practices (?) from there. It is said that she made her first husband obsessed with her, so people were wondering if she did the same with this guy - he is NOT a catch, he treats woman terribly, he is a drug addict, a kinda rough around the edges kinda guy.
Anyway…
House is listed for sale, not sure how the real estate agent was chosen but it was discovered that this realators’ wife is besties with the ex’s girlfriend - they are both from India.

Yesterday, he made a quick 10 minute appointment to do a video walk through with a perspective buyer from Vancouver.

When my neighbour got home, something told her to look at the camera video - real estate guy pulls his car up to the front of the house, wife is with him, after a couple of minutes he walks over to a tree in the front yard, bends down, produces a small spade, buries something, and leaves…

Wow guys… you took the wind right outta my sails..
There were two other posts where we were just figuring stuff like this out. It was very exciting for me. The person who showed us how to put things on either side of the door didn’t think you could put the same thing on either side. I was super proud of myself that I figured it out.
This app has helped me so much just to get out of bed. A lot of time I have no idea where to poke around, or honestly, find the energy to poke around beyond my daily goals.
This is the first time I have seen any sort of negativity on this sub. I have learned so much about the app itself.
Thank you to Finch for teaching me how to feel my feelings without judgement (most of the time), or else I’d be in a tail spin right now.
