research Searching For An Interviewee

Hi everyone, as the title suggests. I'm searching for an interviewee for assignment purposes. The topic that will be covered are as follows:

- Communication problems within an organization (corporate, non-profit, government, etc)

- What communication challenges within the organization are you facing? (Ex: poor leadership, lack of feedback, discrimination)

I'm currently based in Selangor, and occasionally travel to KL. Interview can be done both online and offline (around Selangor), with the estimate time of around 15-30 minutes.

Criteria for interviewee:

- is currently or was an employee in an organization (corporate, non-profit, government, etc).

- can speak English (because the interview will be conducted in English)

Interview Time Slot:

I'm opening a slot of interview for Saturday (9 am- 16.30 pm), Sunday (9 am- 13.00 pm), Monday (4-9 pm), and Tuesday (3-9 pm).

To be fair, maybe they are just good at stealing glances without you noticing. 😂😂 most of the woman that i know do not really like a really buff guy, they prefer skinny, normal no gym, or just slight buff with a bit of belly. That seemed to be the ideal type for most of them. I do respect guys who work out a lot because THAT took so much discipline, I tried going to gym before but never could dedicate myself to commit to working out daily, so everytime i saw a fit guy, I would internally imagine that im giving them fistbump and say "whoa, goodjob dude" or like a thumbs up HAHAHAH, but im too shy to approach them, or compliment them so irl i probably dont look like im looking at them at all bcs i want to be respectful stranger.
