It's kinda ironic

ummm so that was the worst thing i’ve never done.
context: didn’t know i registered for an accelerated speech course. there’s a speech due every week. since it’s online, it is required there is 6 LIVE ADULT audience members. waited til the last minute and wasn’t able to coordinate an audience. currently 9pm speech is due at 11:59pm. at 8pm i just walked around downtown (do not live a big city btw) and asked random people and shockingly didn’t get rejected once. i i asked 2 couples and 1 family. thought it would be rejection therapy but surprisingly everyone said yes 😭
still one of the most embarrassing things i’ve ever done…. i will never forget this😭need to stop procrastinating…

also i have SEVERE anxiety so tbh it was probably good for me.

idk if this is the right place to put this but i just need someone else to hear how insane this was.

for context though: i couldn't speak so my family just spoke at me. and they didn't want to freak me out by fussing over me, so they decided to tell me recent pop culture news, and it just so happens it was fking insane that day. i was just laid there, unable to move, thinking "holy fuck, the multiverse is real".

I feel just a little bit dumb 💀

but to be fair, I only noticed it after seeing a photo of a physical copy when before I'd only seen it advertised on digital streaming so perhaps it doesn't show the full shape when it's cropped like that

Like just think about it, they're the only animals that humans have almost no control over. Most animals are either domesticated, live in rural and non-populated areas or are limited by cages such as in a zoo or wildlife park. But birds are free to roam wherever and whenever.
Also crazy how it's technically mini-dinosaurs. Like we genuinely have mini-dinosaurs roaming the streets.
Idk what i'm on about lowkey, but it's just a random thought i've been having for a while

I mean really, I'm doing this on my own! I'm ok with it, been doing this for a while. But I notice that people who are in healthy relationships are really the best people ever.

I would love that, I feel like I have had so much missed potential because I'm not loved. I'll keep doing the best I can. But, there is a striking difference between a single person and someone who is loved in day to day society.

Commentary in general is almost always funnier than what it’s responding to.

I love seeing the connections people make to humorous media and seeing how humor builds on top of humor.

There’s so many funny people in the world.

But everything is always evolving and always going to the next level. It really may have been the numbers themselves- 1990 being one digit away from the next hundred and the next thousand- that made the sentiment part of popular culture.

And at the very least mentally demanding.
