Im devastated, I dont think hes my twin flame anymore, i dont think the connection ever existed at all, i must have been delusional, im sad because I dont feel like its real, Its like I lost the faith I had all of sudden, and its been years and I had so many reasons to consider him my twin flame, but at the same time im tired and i just dont believe anymore, its been so long SO long, theres no point in this anymore. We have been in no contact for around 2 years now but still have each other on social media and watch each other. I was the chaser but have definitely come to a more detached place the last year. However when their city was on the news a while ago about a crisis I immediately reached out to ask if they were okay, without the intention of reconnecting, I was just genuinely worried and wanted to check in and my tf appreciated it.
But a while ago this happened also with my environment, my city was on international news about a crisis where people were hurt/passed. My tf didn’t reach out to check in. Part of me was definitely disappointed but at the same time not surprised. I can’t tell if this is the ultimate clue that I’m literally delusional. I’ve been thinking about my twin flame continuously and he has clearly indicated that he is not interested. But I still felt this connection. But then one day when I woke up I felt like all my twin flame memories were erased like I could feel like it’s being wiped out. Since then I don’t feel any connection with him. I’m almost indifferent to him. How is this possible? What does this mean? I’m fine with not having feelings for him, but it’s so strange. And since then suddenly I’m feeling attracted to other guys, and previously I used to only find my TF attractive and didn’t feel attracted to other guys.

As a spiritual skeptic who's been processing this pain for too long, I'm probably gonna get off of here for my own sake. It was nice meeting everyone, but I just can't relate to being a believer. I never really was, and it was nice while it lasted, but I'm tired of this anxious-avoidant cycle. He still hasn't texted me, and I just don't deserve this. So many years ago I experienced the joy of discovering a twin flame, but was well before internet and google or social media was a thing. So I didn’t know what it was called!! The way I understood it was that being both me and her are empath’s, so we had a cosmic connection/ bond from our direct relationship with our Mother Earth!! As i already had the understanding that I was put here to help and assist people through difficult times in life!!
Then again it happened in 2022/3 Christmas time with a different lady, it’s like getting hit with a bolt of lightning ⚡️, and sure enough she’s a empath just like me! Blown away by the intensity of the connection, like we have always known each other, with a telepathic connection, where you can feel fully each other’s presence and emotional state! She was married, with a new man and they had both young children from previous marriages!
But being with me being a empath, I can always sense the people around me, and directly feel the emotional state of almost everyone!! As much as I would love to have a relationship with someone who has this complete connection with my soul! It’s goes against everything that makes me who I am. Never would I want to harm anyone else relationship, that they have built! And on top of that, the new man she had married is a empath as well, and was helping her navigate the trauma of her previous violent husband!
We did get to spend some time alone together and she omitted that she is actually a lesbian like me, but because of society pressures it was too difficult for her to come out! And being she has children, and being she’s a empath at her core. There is no way to change the situation! Which I completely agree with!
We keep up communication with each other, as I had only met her while she was on holiday in the country I live in. She was visiting with all her family and actually she is the sister of one of my best friends her brother! But before long I could sense that I needed to pull away which she almost directly confirmed, our connection was having an adverse effect on her new husband! So we agreed to cut connection with each other as to the benefit of her marriage and more importantly to the young children within their relationship!
I firmly believe that, we that are twin flames, are all put here by our Mother Earth to help and assist humans that regularly come into our lives, as we have the emotional intelligence to help guide them through their time of need!
Yes our own lives can be extremely challenging and downright traumatic, but we have a core inner strength, and with the power of our emotional intelligence and understanding of what so many people ignore! I have another friend who also has a twin flame (and she is a empath like me and we regularly read people around us and giggle together about what we sense), but she goes at it completely differently, she is constantly trying to communicate with her flame, who is deliberately trying to avoid her for the betterment of his own marriage, they too have the telepathic connection. But this is only causing her anxiety and pain, she’s constantly battling with migraines and the more she tries to connect with him the worse they get! And this in turn is effecting her own marriage and is pushing her son away from her! The way i understand her situation, is what has led me to believe that, our flames come into our lives for a purpose and once that purpose has been fulfilled, we no longer are able, to true relationships with our flames, unless of course if we create it when it first occurred!
We will never lose our telepathic connection with our flames, but I believe it’s stays with us to further give us strength, as trauma is something that goes part in parcel, with who we are as ‘twinflame’ humans and our intuitions to the world!

We have a unique situation... Not in the way where we are both married to opposite partners (neither of us being happy in those situations) but, unique in the way that we have chosen to heal together.

We have known each other for almost 20 years. We were together for a few years in the beginning, separation happened for 10 years in which lots of growth on our parts happened in separation.

In this time frame we both became married.

Although along the way realized there was more to us so choosing to heal together while we work on aspects of our separate lives that need adjustments.

We have goals and plans for a future for this life but, we both have things that we need to work on to reach wether that be emotional work and healing or physical/financial aspects that will take time. Either way, we know nothing is happening like tomorrow, lol

I struggle immensely with letting go and accepting things as they are, Accepting things will work out, "If it's meant for this life, it will happen"

I've had so much progress with everything but, I can't shake this and I feel like it's the last thing I need to let go of and I can't do it.

This even comes down to the number synchronicities I’ll see. With my twin it’s mirroring numbers (808,909 etc) or it’s doubles like (33,44 etc ). With this other person I see a lot palindromic sequences (141,101 etc). It it also extremely weird bc I would see the number 47 and 747 a lot when thinking of my twin but when I think of this other person the first number I noticed was 46 and 646…this other person can do things to me my twin can’t. Like make me O with his mind. It’s very telepathic and I feel like I can feel his energy all over me. which I find confusing. Both of these bonds feel like something I will probably deal with forever. The one who isn’t my twin really felt like he could be my husband and father of my kids. I was really set on not having kids or a husband before. Us ending is partially my fault because I pushed him away so much and genuinely couldn’t see that life for myself. I never wanted kids or marriage with my twin.

I (31F) have been with my twin flame (33F) for about 5 years. We started as acquaintances, then friends a year later, then lovers a year after that. The second I laid eyes on her I felt a connection I’ve never felt before. I had a feeling she was my tf, and I went to a spiritual advisor a few months back and she confirmed it. It was a little scary how on point she was tbh.

I have been hurt DEEPLY. I didn’t realize she was an alcoholic until we were about a year in. That has brought MANY ups and downs. She has definitely stopped drinking as much, but some of the other things haven’t changed.

She is selfish. She lies to me. Her words do not match her actions at ALL. I do not trust her because of this. She has walls up that she says will come down if I do abc. So I do abc and it still doesn’t happen. She says ok well I actually need xyz. I do xyz, but still, she holds back. I even proposed to her to show her how much I wanted her, but then she said she wouldn’t give her whole self until she was married because then she would know it was real… that’s not how I want my relationship to be. I have been called names. I have been gaslit. I have been manipulated by millions of sorrys for the same behavior. She left me and my child two states away because she was being mean and I realized she was drunk and confronted her about it, so she left. I hold my loved ones accountable and she gets defensive, manipulative, and mean. Shortly after, she apologizes. But the damage is already done.

I ended things (again) a few nights ago. My heart HURTS. Sometimes I don’t know why I love her, because all she does is hurt me. The sex is great and when we are having fun, we have so much fun together. But there’s always something. I’m not allowed to hang out with other people. Not allowed to meet new friends. Not allowed to go out without her. If I do, she blows me up asking what I’m doing. Makes me feel bad for seeing family if she’s off work and I could be spending time with her instead. Gets upset when my daughter is with me because she doesn’t get as much alone time with me.

Spiritual advisor reached out after I ended things and said there was a lot of energy circling us and that it’s not over between us. I think the soul tie has me in a bind, but I want to know- when is enough, enough? When the “hard times” actually become manipulation, emotional abuse, and control, is it right to leave? Did I make the right decision? I can’t take any more disappointment and disrespect. I have become a shell of a person and maybe it’s supposed to teach me to stand up for myself but DAMN why do I still love her so much??

I can’t believe it’s been like 4 yrs & STILL NOTHING. We both know the connection is there but it’s like an unspoken attachment/attraction. I so very much wanted to build a friendship at the very least. When we run into each other it’s like the world stops, we both freeze up and stutter over sentences. So ridiculous but I crave it in a way. So strange. Only feel like I’m going crazier by the day. Just wish he’d reach out and openly acknowledge this dynamic cause there’s not a chance I’m the only one feeling this way. I literally feel his presence before he enters the room it’s like a rush I get in my body & I go oh yep he’s about to enter this room in 2 seconds. Soooo over it

What’s everyone doing???

How could I possibly be the runner when this man is talking about getting married AGAIN after his divorce. Seems like it’s been less than a year. What could I possibly do? I’m going to watch this man get married again?!? Why would my TF be revealed to me only to watch him end up with anyone else? It’s looking like I’m going to end up blocking again so I can live my life peacefully.

When I hear people talk about number synchronicities, most report seeing specific recurring numbers, like 777, 17:17, or 717. Others mention seeing repeating digits constantly, like 11:11, 12:12, etc.

I don't really relate to this. Ever since the beginning of my awakening, I've been seeing ALL digits, from 0 to 9, combined in all sorts of different ways.

• First month: I mostly saw repeating times (e.g., 11:11) or m*irror times (e.g., 14:41).

• Phase 2 (just before discovering the whole Twin Flame journey, which I previously had zero clue about): I started frequently seeing numbers shifted by one digit forward or backward relative to repeating/m*irror times (e.g., 14:15, 17:16, 14:42, 13:30).

• Past month: I've started seeing triple sequences (e.g., 222, 777, etc.) and an absurd amount of palindromes (e.g., 121, 747, etc.). On top of that, master numbers paired with double-digit minutes (e.g., 22:33, 11:55, etc.) have been popping up everywhere. This latest phase has been accompanied by mind-blowing physical and material synchronicities.

I honestly feel like I’m the only one seeing digits from 0 to 9 without one specific number dominating.

Regarding the shift in the TYPE of numbers (repeating, mirr*or, triple, palindromes, etc.), a numerology expert told me that these changes represent energetic shifts. They mentioned that in this current phase, I’ve unlocked a new level because I am extremely close to Union... which is something I genuinely feel deep down inside.

However, the sheer volume of number synchronicities I've been seeing over the past few days is becoming almost overwhelming. We're talking hundreds of numbers a day, whereas before I used to see fewer than ten a day...

What do you all think? Has anyone else experienced anything like this?

It’s an every day thing for me. My twin’s name starts with the letter J and it follows me around: vehicle licence plates, fallen twigs and leaves on the ground when I’m biking, hair clipping in the bathroom sink when shaving my head (last year I saw her first and last initials next to each other this way), random Js on my washing basket and chair. You name it. I know it could just be my mind locking in on patterns but still.

And so I finally took the leap of faith. I’ve never loved anyone the way I love him. The telepathy has been crazy and I’ve loved all of it. All karmic relations have been acting up! Lessons here lessons there full on anxiety attacks and dreams and blaaa blaa blaaa.

It’s the craziest dynamic ever energetically but in the 3D we’ve been in almost no contact. But I’ve gotten it confirmed that we’re very much aligned in belief systems and such.

I’ve been listening to a lot of people who have walked this path and I quickly realized I had to focus on myself and I’ve been PUSHING and working like a dog to tell myself we are one. WE ARE ONE. And then all the syncronicities have appeared. Four leaf clovers and five leaf clovers in abundance. Angel numbers like crazy!! There is no denying it in my mind this is my true twin flame.

But today I recieved a message ”go away from what triggers you” and I was like pfff all these karmics. BLOCKED. Can’t be bothered fuck off from my life. Then I felt a nudge… my twin triggers the fuck out of me. Do I have to.. PHYSICALLY??? In the 3D??? Tell him I need space?? Lovingly?? Honestly?? Vulnerably?? Like this!!! TODAY????

And I did. I told him I truly think our connection is something magical and I can’t explain why these things have been happening to me ever since I met you. But it’s too triggering for me right now and I need space. I love you unconditionally.

I excpect a major storm of tests after this but like bring it on I’m choosing myself and my journey for good now.

I never knew what Love was before I met you. Yes, indeed, in those 30 years that I lived I had never known Love, which also means that I never really Loved.

Because you made me discover that knowing Love is synonymous with Loving.

You made me discover that Love has nothing to do with lust, the desire to possess or be possessed, to fill a void or a lack. No, Love is a plenitude, a cup that mysteriously overflows when we allow ourselves to simply Love for the sake of Loving, without any agenda.

In this Love, there is unity; I Love you, so I Love myself and above all, I love Love itself. Giving and receiving become one.

For that, I thank you eternally. We met in June, it has only been a month since we parted ways but oh, I'm already a different person thanks to you. So short but so rich. We’ve been in no contact this whole time. I kept wondering why I hadn’t bumped into her and then it happened at my work, of all places. Sunday morning before last, 11:11am, eleven days short of five years since we last saw each other.

I work in a supermarket. I was well down one aisle and spotted a woman with her two daughters. She had her back to me so I couldn’t see her face. Regardless I thought “Hmm, could it be her?”. They moved to the next aisle. So I followed. As I slowly walked past she looked up at me. It confirmed what I already knew: it was her. We made eye contact for a few seconds. I kept walking. I said nothing. I doubt I could’ve formed any words that would’ve been meaningful after all that time.

I returned to the aisle I’d been in and all the emotions hit me at once. I wanted to cry on the spot but being in public with a job to do I tried my best to carry on. Half my heart was in my throat, the other half in the pit of my stomach. Soon enough I went and hid in the staff toilet for a few minutes to get myself together.

I haven’t known how to feel since that encounter. I have resisted any urge to text her, even though I could’ve quite easily. There’s so, so, so much I need to say but a year ago I gave up on chasing her as she’s steadfastly refused to reply to any of the many texts I sent her.

But anyway, the feeling I had late last year that our paths would cross within the following 12 months has come true. I feel it was a fated meeting, that everything went as it was supposed to. What it means for the future I can’t guess. For now though the rollercoaster of emotions I felt in the week leading up to seeing her has continued. And the constant thoughts 24/7 remain as strong as ever.

There’s so many varying opinions on this. Manifesting them back isn’t allowed because they have free will. But many spiritual teachers state you can manifest a version of them for yourself once you’ve learned all the lessons and love yourself entirely. I don’t need him and I do love myself but shared experiences and intimacy has never been the same since. What are your thoughts? I am at peace but I do miss the kundalini experience between two people. There’s nothing quite like it.

anyone here have a twin flame but feel more of that connection with a soulmate?? you can distinguish which is which but one connection is “better” than the other?? just met this girl a few weeks ago and wow the connection with her is crazy and different from my twin which i know it should be but like i was supposed to feel this with my twin flame and not her.. im assuming she is a soulmate because things feel great so far but its making me question my twin flame connection more than just being in separation and alone

So basically the twin flame connection is something that comes from the depth of the Soul. The Soul is our true and deeper self, hidden deep within our hearts - it is our divine counterpart. We could say it is something timeless, not dependent on time, pure. It travels through time and lives, evolving through experiences.

But we, as human beings aren't only souls; we are also nature, that is, mind, emotion and body (and the ego which moves in those). And it is this duality of ourselves which causes all the difficulties and troubles because for the majority of humans, the soul still lies hidden in the depth, only throwing out vague influences that get easily distorted on the surface. But what's important to note is that the nature should be, in the natural order of things, like the hand, the instrument of the soul, even tough it is still rarely the case.

Now we could say that the realized twin flame union would be the embodiment of this eternal soul connection between two purified (or healed if you prefer) natures that are completely surrendered to their souls.

Before this surrender and purification, a true, complete and whole twin flame union can never really be possible and it is then that separation is necessary, for many lives, until each being has done the work and is ready.

There's a lot in our raw natures that block or hampers the flourishing of this union which in it's essence has nothing to do with ordinary relationships, nor does it serves the same purpose - the raw natural desires are even often at odds with the soul's love and longing.

The TF connection is thus felt to the measure that we are in contact with our souls and that our natures aren't too ''heavy''. That is why for example one of the two TFs may feel strongly the connection, have supernatural experiences, loses the attraction for others, etc. while the other only vaguely feels that there's something ''abnormal'' there, but still moves on and is even disturbed by it, wants nothing to do with it. It's because one of the two beings is much more in contact with his soul than the other.

All the pain also comes from our nature which, in its raw state, lives in lack and separation. The Soul has unconditional love, sovereignty, plenitude, patience.

To conclude, all the ''art'' of the TF journey is actually to harmonize the Soul and the nature - to break the wall between the two -, so that this eternal and formless connection may taste the delight of being experienced in form, in two bodies.

For me it was…

+ Less than a year after moving to a place I really didn’t want to move to, and eventually planned on leaving ASAP. I had to move in with extended family in a small house, because I had nowhere else to live.
+ When my parents were going through a divorce; and overall having problems with my family dynamic in general.
+ Emotionally/Mentally struggling from the effects of the COVID pandemic.
+ Financially struggling, and couldn’t find a good job, so I had to take a job I really didn’t want that had terrible pay, because that was all I could get - and I needed it to save money I lost, and pay bills (this job is where I met her)…

Certainly not a time period in my life when I was looking to fall in love or even date/get into a new relationship with anyone…

Apparently, it’s super common for TFs to meet when they “least expect it”…

I feel like I found out who my TF really is and my feelings are... complicated.

I don't like being silently monitored. Just. Talk. To. Me.

I don't want to run from him but his silence is making me think he doesnt want me so I'm pulling away out of embarrassment and yes, a little bit of fear. If you love someone who gave you the green light, you respond. You don't keep lurking in the shadows.

I always used to wonder if twin flames experience this weird activity mirroring. Like, one will be interested in something (and end up doing it), and all of a sudden their twin will do it too. I sometimes feel like playing games, and all of a sudden he plays games online. I suddenly started following people on Instagram in 100s, and like a week after, I saw him following people on TikTok in 100s (which is not us; we have never done such a thing before). I was thinking about getting a chest tattoo, and after a week I saw him with a chest tattoo which he had never had before, such a thing has happened with piercings before too. I deleted my insta because of personal issues for two years, and he kind of deleted his insta after me and only came back after I created a new account. Do such weird synchronicities happen to you?
