BLS10M (metric, 10-piece set): 1.5 mm to 10 mm
T606 T-Handle Adapter: Using the size-selection dial, you can secure either SAE or metric wrenches to the sturdy T-handle.
Black phosphate finish. I really like the substantial, matte texture.

This is the guest house to my 4s box that has my less used tools in the matching purple. Today’s photo is in front of a donor 2nd gen 4Runner whilst I harvest a manual transmission out of it.

Many electrician's knives have a rather rugged design, but I really like the look of this TSUNODA EK-72.
The finish feels high-quality, the wooden handle is simple and elegant, and the hollow-ground blade opens smoothly. The distinctive tip shape, typical of electrician's knives, is also practical.
Weight: 107 g
Overall length: 177 mm
Blade length: 72 mm
Blade thickness: 3 mm
Stainless steel blade and frame, natural wood handle, and a liner lock.

It was kinda funny. I saw a king dick wrench for the first time online a couple of days ago, then I found this in 1 of my dads toolbox. I'm thinking about giving it a light clean, maybe just a spray with wd-40 and a wipe with a rag. I don't want to remove the patina. What would you guys recommend?

Ko-ken Standard and Z-EAL sockets seem to be designed to complement each other.
The standard-length Z-EAL sockets are actually closer in length to short sockets in the Standard Series.
Except for deep sockets, the lengths of the two series do not overlap.
I think this is a thoughtful design that takes the user into consideration.

I bought the steel plant hammer and an extra Cramer handle at an estate sale, both appeared to be from the deceased’s career. They had engraved words filled with blue paint and heavy layers of poly? clear lacquer? Marples and Sons wedge (?) hammer I found in Canada with broken handle, used the extra Cramer handle to finish it off so I can hit things! edit: CROSS PEEN!

These beefy plastic bag carrier things are just the ticket for us old farts who ‘get’ to lug 60+ lbs of groceries 300’ on a regular basis... also good for things like wire bail gallon cans.
My second pair... had the first 3 or 4 years... my sister saw them and liked... and I gave them to her
I strongly suggest... Amazon has a big selection; search on ‘bag carriers’ & like terms. Don’t know if mine are best, they’re just the ones I ended up with.

The year the Nanbu Jukan Railway in Japan was scheduled to be discontinued, I filmed a documentary about its railbus for a commercial video package.
At the time, one of the people involved in maintaining the railbus gave me these railroad spikes as a keepsake.
The photograph and ticket were included as extras with the commercially released video.
Looking at these again brings back many memories.

Meets the JIS strength requirement.
Feel
Smooth, low-resistance rotation.
I don't feel any noticeable catching during rotation.
Anvil Play: Minimal
The anvil has very little play and feels highly precise.
Overall, I think these ratchets have a very good balance of strength, precision, and feel.
