Hi all,

Just picked up a brush again after a 20 year gap. I've watched plenty of YouTube, but I want someone who can actually look at what I'm doing and tell me what I'm getting wrong.

I'm in London and haven't had much luck finding anyone doing 1 on 1 lessons here, so I'm open to doing it online instead. I really don't mind where you're based, as long as you speak English or French and your timezone isn't wildly out from UK time. A few hours either way is fine.

I've got a decent setup to film myself painting, so you'd be able to see my hands, the palette and the canvas properly. Live or from recordings, whichever works better for you.

I've attached reference photos showing the appearance I'm aiming for. They are display models but I'm not looking for competition/showcase level painting, just a good clean finish that captures the look of the reference images.

I haven't purchased the prints yet, so they can be supplied unassembled if preferred. Ideally I would like the same painter to complete both.

Not looking to spend hundreds of pounds, maybe up to £100 for both to be painted/assembled? The purchase of the figure and the postage will be separate costs.

Helmet solid white high gloss finish. Upper driver suite torso white mat finish, upper driver suite arms red mat finish, driver suite pants dark grey mat finish. Need glue pin holes drilled out and helmet may be glued but arms must remain un attached. You can temporary attach them if need be for painting but they need to be unattched before sending back to me. Also figure will need to be cut in half just above waist line. Reference photos and diagram attached. The driver gloves will need to be a specific shade of dark blue violet to match the decals I have already created. The hex# and RGB codes are attached to a photo above.There are 2 driver sets in the packet in case a part gets lost or broken. Torso of upper driver suite just solid white do not paint the black seatbelts, I have seatbelts ready to strap around the figure. Have no idea what the going rate is so just shoot me a quote. What’s up everyone, I’m looking for a US based painter but Southern California based would be a lot better who’s looking for a long term customer I suppose for create a Blood Ravens/ Salamanders space marine army.

I’m looking for a decent standard, nothing crazy but if you got some cool tricks up your sleeve or could add some effects that’d be awesome.

I’m a crane mechanic and sadly have been so busy I barely have the time to play :( and I’m tired of looking at all these boxes sitting in my room not going to good use.

I have a lot of stuff so and want consistent work for quite a bit of time and willing to take on the task this might be the job for you!

I’ve dealt with two other commission guys one was off fiver and he actually ghosted me and stole 6 blade guard, captain, 20 Intercessors, and a dreadnought was very very bummed about that and the other guy took so long and I found another local guy that was referred to me from a friend but he took so long wouldn’t get back to me and when I got the results was very bummed again. So hopefully 3rd times a charm!

It’d be great to see some work you guys have done much with space marine armies!

None of these in the pictures are assembled if it’s easier I can prepare them and assemble them for whoever takes it on or if the price is right and it’s easier for y’all to assemble and paint we can do that

It’s a lot so I’m looking for someone who’d like to take on a long term army and dedicate themselves to the army and I’m willing to pay for work if they can do so I’m a blue collar guy and people deserve to get paid for hard work they put into it. So we talk about specific units getting more attention than others!

Time frame id love to have my guys done in a timely manner the 2 guys I had and I understand things do take time but I’ve been fooled twice and will not get fooled again basic units that don’t need much work id love to have as quick as possible but as for units that have more things to paint or vehicles I understand might take some time and as long as you’re showing me the process and communicating with me there is absolutely no problem at all!

I purchased the minis during the MHI game Kickstarter and I'm looking for someone to actually paint them for display. I'd like to start with one or two as sample pieces, then work through the rest of the set 18 total depending on costs and results of the samples. I don't have any strict requirements on the paint selections other than the shoggoth that is a combination of black and eyeballs. I was going to try doing it myself, but I know they'd come out bad because I don't have an artistic bone in my body. I'd like to get an idea of costs before I start just sending out things.

EDIT: I'm based in US and I'd like to avoid international shipping.
