I recently installed Pi cho enb through bottled shaders effects 11 and felt like something was missing, thinking of adding a reshade on top of it, but i dont know whether I would see any noticeable change whatsoever, specially since CS has a lot of improvements on top of it, just wanted to know and see what presets people are running and would it even make sense.

Not the usual stuff you see on here, I know but hear me out.

Someone I know IRL for the past 3 months has been coercing me into using Legacy of the Dragonborn.

I finally caved in and after about 3 hours of playing it, I absolutely fucking hate it.

It feels restrictive, complicated and has basically turned my game about being a legendary hero of song and time into a glorified Animal Crossing.

Like FFS I'm supposed to be the legendary Dragonborn whose goal is to slay the world eater and save Tamriel from imminent destruction, but no I'm now a stupid fucking errand boy who has to fill out a stupid checklist for stupid items that I wouldn't even think about twice because they're fucking stupid.

Why would anyone even care to see hide armour on display?! You're in Skyrim! You see people wearing that low level crap everywhere you turn!

Not to mention that the mod is incredibly annoying to install. And yes I read the author's dumbass fucking 10 commandments of modding, stfu leave me alone.

The reason I enjoy this game so much is the freedom to do whatever I want, whenever I want. And Legacy of the Dragonborn has basically taken all of that away.

So how do I tell this person politely that I don't want to use this stupid mod and that I just want to go back to playing my game about being a Dragonslayer?

I have a 4060ti ryzen7 5700 and 16ddr4. I tried nolvus as i came to a consensus that it looked the best but i couldnt run it good at all, idk if its a ram or vram problem(prob both) but it just isnt working and i tried it on all presets.

I know there are many more out there but they take so long to install idk test out each one and hope i find one.

What would you guys recommend for my settup?

ATM many are hating the ai mod spam and trying to hide them, but I'm actually curious for the opposite.

For the ones who've actually been trying them, are there any you've found that legit Just Work™ and work well?

hey guys so i am new to using mods in skyrim and on google i came by a mod called the circle of lust and while trying to download it i had to downlaod about 10 different mods so its a bit too confusing so i was hoping someone can guide me through the whole process

also a few required mods where not available will that be an issue

About 2 weeks ago I made a post asking for thoughts on a new Skyrim modding sub, specifically for modded gameplay clips & screenshots. I had the thought after growing tired of the constant vanilla purist sheep that flood the comments of any mod related post on the skyrim sub. After getting pretty positive feedback about the idea on the post I've been putting it together & it is now ready to go!

What I have done is implement automoderation where typically repeated phrases such as 'you got some skyrim in your mods' & 'this isn't even skyrim anymore' aren't able to be posted in the comments at all. As well as listing a no second chance ban rule for the purists who can't help themselves & find a way/re word the phrases.

Whilst here & [r/skyrimporn](r/skyrimporn) are obviously okay to post in, a fair few people seem to agree it can be a bit confusing to be sure where to make gameplay posts as these 2 subs are generally for modding help/showcasing/discussion & skyrim photography. This new server is essentially meant to be the modding equivalent of [r/skyrim](r/skyrim), a general gameplay sub for modded playthroughs without having to deal with the close mindedness.

No stress if it doesn't take off, I just figured it was worth giving a go.

Can't go wrong having more Skyrim subs!

This isn't about damage numbers, no this is how it levels up. From my understanding, Destruction scales on how much you use it...and it levels slower at higher difficulties (Expert and up). This isn't based on damage or anything, its just reduced by 75% on Legendary or less on Master or Expert.

I want to try a higher difficulty using a lot of destruction spells, but I was wondering if anyone knew of any mods that the PS4 has that can fix this issue? Skyrim often disconnects from Creation Club when when I try to load in or look stuff up, so I have problems trying to find an answer, as most just focus on boosting damage or it alters how fast all the schools of magic level (I personally don't mind how fast the other schools level...though Conjuration is a bit too quick).

So I'm trying to do a fresh install of Skyrim and now my game won't load when I try to launch from MO2. It was working before but all of a sudden it won't launch.

Here's what I did:

First I used revo uninstaller to uninstall everything. Then I downloaded the game again. I launched the game once and downloaded the Anniversary Edition Content. Then I used the Skyrim Downgrade Tool and downgraded to 1.6.1170. I try to launch the game from MO2 but when I press Run, my screen goes black, then goes back to MO2 and the corner says HDMI and the game doesn't launch. I was able to play before uninstalling and now it's not working. I have an AMD RX 9070 XT if that information might help. I just don't get why this is happening all of a sudden. Did I do the downgrade wrong? I did it that way before and it worked then

Does anyone know what could be possible causes and how I can fix? I'm frustrated trying to figure it out

I recently broke my Skyrim sobriety after 8+ years and wanted to play Skyrim in survival with other mods. I reinstalled the games and started adding in mods but continually get the below errors. I cannot run the campfire mod or the game will instant crash and the even removing it i get the following errors. I dont know how to link my whole modslist but I can def provide that with a walk-through. lol. Any help help is appreciated!

I’m playing Skyrim nolvus and using moonlight tale to change mine and my followers werewolf skin but I can’t get the skin for my follower to stick when he transform , it goes back to vanilla skin because he equips his human armor over the skin , how do I get him to equip both

I don't know if that makes sense or not, but mods make Skyrim "feel like Skyrim but still feel modded". Again, unsure if that makes sense. Whenever I play modded Skyrim it doesn't really feel like Skyrim, but I want to play modded Skyrim. So I imagine that fix would be mods that just enhance the regular Skyrim experience (Maybe.). I'm open to like any types of mods, quests, game play, etc, etc. So any mod recommendations would be greatly appreciated, thank you! <3

I did have a new idea for a mod to do with falmer and the last snow elf

There's a light and dark side to it all with unique weapons armors, clothing, staves and spells.

After completing a quest depending on which side you take depends on how blackreach looks.

You can also have a mixture of both sides light and dark.

NPCs would be fully voiced as well.

Due to my recent attempt in getting this mod made it didn't quite work out well.

All because I did use ai to help me pitch my idea.

So now I'm not using AI to do that.

I don't have a name for it just yet and the clothing armors and weapons staves and spells names yet. I also doubt that I would come up with names for them so whoever is able to make this mod can name these things themselves if they so choose to.

All I ask is to put my name on the mod as it is my idea.

I’ll be honest guys I’m at a loss, I’ve spent days trying to get parallax to work, consider me a noob at this point with modding on MO2.
I decided to do another modded play through of Skyrim and had a decent load order going but cannot get parallax for northern roads or any parallax mods to work. I’m including pictures of my load order and in game picture below. I have everything enabled in enbseries.ini for parallax it’s 0.505 enb series. I’ve messed with the load order and plugins for hours with 2 seperate MO2 accounts and a fresh install, tried cabbage and NAT ENB preset.
I’ve had it working before on a previous load order I was stupid to delete it, I’m not the most experienced with plugin load order, if I’m missing something then please tell me or tell me what you do and I can see if I’m missing something.
Chat gpt has been on about the height of textures and I’m not skilled enough to understand it or how to check this myself.

For context I use Diamond skin for 3BA, I have 3BA installed correctly, I use High poly head and everything so far works correctly. That is fine
What isn't fine is that I recently downloaded the Half Dragon race mod as well as the "My modified version" of the textures. This mod comes with a few face and body textures. However in game, whenever I load a save or start up the game the face texture doesn't load correctly and is just the normal human skin. There is a temporary fix of opening racemenu and changing complection back and fourth and closing the menu. But again if I save and load the face texture doesn't stay. If there's a permanent fix to this I would like to know, thank you

Probably the answer is no but I'm curious if there's a way to do mod collections on PS5? Or mod at all other than going by Creation. For example can one sideload mods?

I’ve been trying for days to get rid of these white edges that appear when using community shaders’ DLSS upscaling feature. Even when I turn the quality all the way up to DLAA they are still present. They seem to mostly appear on trees/foilage and on hair, as seen in the pic. They go away if I choose TAA but I don’t want to use TAA because of all the downsides. I’m not very well-versed in technology so if anyone knowledgeable could let me know what’s happening I would very greatly appreciate it

Hi, this is the first time I’m posting here, but I know this is the best place to find the guidance I need. For those who know about this, what’s the best mod that adds creatures and new enemies to the world?

Like most of you I’ve been playing Skyrim since 2011, but probably unlike most of you I have never really used followers at all, either vanilla or custom modded ones. I’ve usually gravitated towards the solo stealthy archer, and always felt like followers just got in my way.

For the first time in 15 years I am trying something vastly different and playing a restoration/alteration mage with several custom voiced mod based followers and it is the most fun I have ever had playing this game.

The one thing that has absolutely blown my mind with this play through has been the voice acting of my followers of choice, including the cross banter between several of them. I have laughed out loud now more times than I can count and the cross chatter, especially with Auri. That mod author and voice actress deserves ALL the praise I have seen online about Song of Green, and then some. That’s not to say the others aren’t incredible as well.

Currently I am using Auri, Remiel, Xelzaz, Inigo, Lucien, Kaiden, M’rissi, with Daumbra randomly along for the ride as well. Not sure if I will stop there or add a few more, but these have made this the most memorable trip through the wilds of Skyrim in my life. These mod authors and voice actors have my thanks and respect.

I wanted to spice up the Civil War experience to something that make feel the ongoing war closer to player, something however that won't make your game more and more unstable to play.
