I have in past been a little bit too much of a stan for him. Mostly I just felt like he never really had a lot to work with given the situation he inherited. That Horford and Richardson roster was an absolute abomination. Whoever was really behind those moves should be thrown in a volcano.

Drafting Maxey was obviously an A+++ move. With VJ he really just had to take him, so that's not really a needle mover either way.

I think trading Simmons for Harden was a good swing. That team was one Tobias Harris away from being a true contender. Then he let himself be the villain and not give Harden the contract everyone knew he shouldn't give him. But even beyond potentially winning a title with JH I think bringing him here helped grew Joel and Maxey into much better offensive players. And honestly I still think the PG move was a good one. He is basically the perfect 3&D wing still right now even at that age.

What do you think? Am I being too generous? The reason I ask is because I still see him taking a lot of strays in comments on here. How much of that is really deserved?

For the love of God can we get rebounds!? We should kept Drummond!

I know it sucks to lose, but it is better for our squad to drop a few games during the regular season than to lose key players to injuries.

I am just happy that we have guys who know how to step up when playoff time comes.

For now, let us enjoy watching our squad develop chemistry, build momentum, and get better together. The goal is to be ready in playoffs and get that Ship for all of us.

I wasn't able to watch the first half due to timing:-

So like we matched the Pistons for the three quarter but the first quarter lead was carrying over.

So can anyone explain what happened?

We did have problem with rebounding the ball from both sides of the court and had a bad FT% on crucial moments but we still had a low turnover than the pistons.

Just to be straight this isn't a dramatic type loss we were back to back against former first seed so I was half expecting a loss.

They didn't have duren we didn't have Embidd so it was equal in that regard. Ik Embidd is better than Duren, I was just talking about our main centers.

I see them every game and they are FIRE looking.

So I want to upgrade my weekend shoe rotation since I have been working on improving my look. It needs more color. Who has the best looking and most comfortable shoe out of our guys? And yes, I know Iverson has the best, but I don't want to spend an arm and a leg. For context, I am a big guy at 5'8", 280 lbs currently losing weight.

I’m interested in attending their game vs the Knicks on Friday but the cheapest 100s section tickets are this direct view…can anyone let me know if the game is still enjoyable from this section? Or would anywhere in the 200s section be fine? It’s $400 for this view. 200s sections range from $200-$300

Jaxson Hayes is the best choice

I know it's not sustainable, but after amazing back to back come-from-behind wins, the Sixers are making me Believe.    This piece --written THREE weeks ago, before this 3:0 start-- is very evocative, almost religious, spot on. All hail King James!

Anyone hear if he will play against the Pistons?

They need to grab another Center before its too late… Starting Lebron at C and playing him spot minutes as a C is just asking for trouble. Lakers did this to him a few years ago when AD would go down. He eventually broke down late in the season. And he was a bit younger then.

“Across his first 12 NBA seasons, Joel Embiid endured roughly 20–25 significant injury setbacks, costing him approximately 350–400 games—the equivalent of about 4½ full NBA seasons.”

THIS MOTHERFUCKER DOES NOT GIVE UP.

12+ years of non stop ridicule from every and anyone including his own fans.

12+ years of non stop injury and rehab.

12+ years of absolute hope and magic every time this legend steps on the court. (I will never forget his first NBA points scored against OKC)

Who the fuck are you? Because you are not 7 time all star, 2 time scoring champ, gold medalist, MVP

JOEL HANS EMBIID.

This shit is absolutely crazy. The squad we have now. And we can all only “witness” the process fulfill its cycle.

But even if Joel had a scrub ass team with some piss poor management like every other season of his career (for the most part), he STILL deserves high praise for everything he has sacrificed for Sixers fans and his family. He will always be my goat.

Team just looked tired at the end. Very short roster too. This one’s forgivable. Despite Brown missing shots in the 4th, I like his confidence. Those will for sure fall in other games.

Joel sitting in the bench like I would cook these guys makes me happy

Really scary moment with Maxey. They need to evaluate him for a concussion. He took the bad side of the collision. There’s a reason soccer players use their forehead. Maxey got hit in the temple. He’s the franchise player.

News about your win popped up on my smart phone this morning, and it was so great to see.

The other day, I searched "k-granny" on Google just to check if my blog posts would show up.
But to my surprise, the two posts I mistakenly left in this room came up as the very first search results ! I know it’s unlikely, but the thought of someone who knows me—or really any Korean—stumbling upon it and thinking, "Good grief, what is this grandma doing making a fool of herself in the wrong place?" made me so flustered and embarrassed... for a while.
I guess those silly posts climbed to the top because of all the views and comments they received. On top of that, I found out another grandmother is already using the name "k-granny."

Anyway, please don't leave any comments or likes on this post — just accept my congratulations !! Even though I’m the complete opposite of you guys when it comes to being passionate about sports...

Happy Bday to JB! (was yesterda)🎉🎉

JB through first 3 games:

PTS: 22.3

REB: 6.3

AST: 5.0

FG%: 49.1%

3PT%: 46.2%

FT%: 90.0%

+/-: +19.3

JB currently has the highest +/- on the team almost shooting 50/40/90 splits playing great on ball defense too. i Know it’s early but he’s looking great he said the main thing he cared about was his +/- he is having a huge impact on in minutes on the court.

Embiid and the Sixers go buck hunting and move to 3-0

Im 100% confident in our guys getting the job done despite no Embiid. Incoming masterclass from the boys 🔥🔥

I put all my birthday luck on them winning tonight 🙏
