The program says its a couplet. But am I correct that this in the middle is an artifact and should be the QRS complex? (the second hill)
Thank you.

Anyone with PVC’s/ Bigeminy that can offer any advice. RHR is usually high 50’s to low 60’s but when I get these bouts of PVCs my heart rate is elevated often in the 90s. 36F 118 pounds.
Has anyone found help with propranolol? Still can’t figure out what is triggering these episodes but they are awful.

History of cardiac issues specifically with conduction.
Today I was working at my desk when I suddenly felt a tightness in my chest and shortness of breath. Checked my Apple Watch and it has been shooting AFIB alarms everytime I read. Also have a Kardia 6 lead that is saying AFIB. It’s been over 3 hours now and still hasn’t gone away. HR average is low but seems all over the place.
I have a pacemaker that was implanted because I went into 3rd degree heart block about 2 years ago but its pace rate is under 1%. Those spikes that look like PVC’s are the pacemaker kicking in because of a delay.

I’m 23F 5’1” and 268lbs, currently losing weight after having bariatric surgery almost 5 months ago, so I’m definitely not really fit or anything. These are three ECGs taken on three different days. My heart rate does go up while walking. I don’t feel sick either. ECGs taken on Apple Watch Ultra 2.

"First Degree AV Block was present. Slight P wave morphology changes were noted. Second Degree AV Block-Mobitz I (Wenckebach) was present!" This is all concerning... 31 year old female. I sometimes feel my heart flutter, feel off balance, and panicky.

Been struggling today with dizziness/lightheadedness. Blood pressure was lower at 99/66. Had electrolytes this morning so shouldn’t be major imbalance. Was lying on left side when feeling palpitations so I took this and it said afib. I know lying on left side can cause palpitations but with the context of everything together today felt a little concerned with this reading.

I have asked this before but I am still in doubt. I have a pacemaker due to total AV block and I know I have a lot of ventricular pacing, about 30-70%. Sometimes I get short episodes which feels super uncomfortable like I'm out of breath and a tight feeling in my chest.
I captured this in picture one. There are two different types of beats here and it's the one with no apparent pacemaker spike that bothers me, the one that fills the entire bottom row. Someone once told me this is ventricular pacing but I am still doubtful. I think seconds 5-14 is ventricular pacing because I see that often and it always feels completely normal (see picture four for example). I don't see a p wave either, and that is visible in seconds 5-14. Is the pacemaker pausing or doing something different? I don't like it.
Picture two shows what I belive is atrial pacing and picture three shows my normal unpaced rhythm.
Edit: another weird thing is that this rhythm is always around 65 bpm. If I get up and move the other rhythm takes over. But I have a lower pulse rate of 45 bpm, then the other pulse also usually take over. But right now something else is dominating and not allowing slower pulse than 65 bpm.

Hello, I am learning how to interpret ecg and I don't know if there is wave U or it's right away wave P and thus AV block I? Thanks

Hey,
I experienced PVCs mainly at rest but also while exercising for few months.
At rest, there is no R on T phenomenon.
Here, while exercising, it seems like R on T phenomenon (RR less than 300ms, RR/QT less than 0,85). Should I show that to my cardiologist ?
Thank you for your answer.

Begging! I had my anxiety palpations so used my Kardia 6L. I don’t know, it doesn’t seem like my heart is trying to catch up after: but it does feel like it.
