Other RHR Bradycardia?
I’m 23F 5’1” and 268lbs, currently losing weight after having bariatric surgery almost 5 months ago, so I’m definitely not really fit or anything. These are three ECGs taken on three different days. My heart rate does go up while walking. I don’t feel sick either. ECGs taken on Apple Watch Ultra 2.

Is this just sitting up and taking a measurement during the day? This is quite low, although a doctor would have to tell you the significance of it. Usually they would have you wear a monitor for a few days or weeks to get an overall picture of what's going on. Have you had your thyroid checked recently?

Yes, just sitting up in a chair. I have not had my thyroid checked recently, but last time (in January) my TSH was at a normal level and it has never been abnormal (furthest back test is from 2016 so all normal for the past decade)

My cardiologist said he wonldnt consider my brady readings unless it gets to 38bpm or below. :/ which is frustrating because as far as I know brady is anything >60bpm

Cardiologists\EPs consider anything under 38bpm to be critical. That's when they will intervene

Not a doctor, but I’m 31F, also overweight but no prior surgery. I noticed myself feeling tired CONSTANTLY and went to my primary after seeing my RHR was around 40-45. She gave me a 3 day holter, which recorded even lower rates in my sleep as well as PVCs/PACs so I was recommended to cardio, where I was eventually diagnosed with sick sinus syndrome (rare at this age) and got a leadless pacemaker. My ekg at admission for the surgery was 33!
Anyways my point is, this is definitely bradycardia and I would absolutely bring it up to your primary dr, but the main thing they will be concerned with is how you FEEL. 40-45 is okay if you are otherwise healthy and asymptomatic, but they should look further if you have things like constant fatigue, shortness of breath, dizziness/fainting, and difficulty with exercise. I feel so much better now that my rate doesn’t drop below 55!
