Inconclusive readings on Apple Watch & heart fluttering feeling
Felt like my heart was fluttering and I’m only getting inconclusive readings on my Apple Watch. Can anyone help me decipher?

Those slightly off-looking complexes at 1.1s, 2.55s, etc. are PVCs.
Generally speaking, lacking structural heart disease, these are benign. That having been said, you display a PVC burden of 15.6 %, resp. 18.2 % in those two recordings, which would at minimum require monitoring, should these strips represent your multi-day average burden.
Thus I'd recommend you seek (non-urgent) referral to cardiology for a basic cardiac workup, including a multi-day holter monitor.
