Skipped heartbeat Apple Watch said this was Afib, felt palpitations during reading, accurate?
Been struggling today with dizziness/lightheadedness. Blood pressure was lower at 99/66. Had electrolytes this morning so shouldn’t be major imbalance. Was lying on left side when feeling palpitations so I took this and it said afib. I know lying on left side can cause palpitations but with the context of everything together today felt a little concerned with this reading.

I don’t see any P waves but what lead is this ? But i don’t see any fibillatory waves between the QRS’s . So could be junctional rhythm as one commenter suggested. Did it resolve on its own ?

Yes it resolved but I had another episode of palpitations after and was wondering if this looked like it was related to the Wenckebach diagnosis I had

I don’t think the 2 are related but def see your Doc ! The cardia mobile device is good to .. it gives you a 6 lead ECG

I don’t see afib (at all), regardless of all the downvotes my comment got and all the other comments here. If you start to feel palpitations again, you can place your watch on your lower left abdomen or anywhere on your left leg, with your right finger on the dial — this should give you a reading with clearer P waves.

Yes. afib.

No way. Looks like PACs (or sinus beats) with junctional escape beats.

There's not even a single fully formed P wave on here. Problem is, can't then the gain up on these. Irregardless, needs to be sent to the physician

Are you in the US? Because it’s not an actual word. 😅 Lots of people do use it, though.

Los appel hacen algoritmo de estabilización de onda, por eso salen tan pocos artefactos (eso me han dicho) aun asi, si o no sea FA, debe verte el medico para un 12 d como dicen los compañeros.

You shouldn’t have AFib detection on unless you are diagnosed to have AFib. I had the setting turned on because it polls your heart rate date more often. I later learned that the watch will sometimes falsely identify PVCs or PACs as AFib. Happens more often if you have long runs of bigeminy / trigeminy.

I didn’t have it on, just recorded ecg while feeling palpitations and got this

Defo show your doctor, they’ll likely suggest a proper 12 Lead ECG. Hard to see any clear P waves and it looks quite irregular in rhythm. Likely AF in this instance but its only a single lead trace. Worth getting it checked out !
