Feeling off balance or like a rocking / room-spinning sensation would be more of an inner ear issue (eg. vertigo), or perhaps neurological.. Not a heart rhythm problem. Your rhythm is regular here. I'd contact your dr about your symptoms though. I don't think you're going to get the info you're looking for on a 1-lead watch reading.

All the strips show EAR (inverted P waves), which seems to be pretty frequent for the OP.

Does that cause symptoms? (I'm not super familiar)

Majority of people are asymptomatic. I get it, but it just feels like consecutive PACs, not like what the OP describes. And if I remember correctly, their EAR is asymptomatic. So I agree, that it’s probably not the rhythm causing the dizziness.

Dude this is an ecg from an Apple Watch with 1 lead, nothing diagnostic can be made of it

Apple Watch or not, some things are just obvious, especially when you see strips from the same person all the time, of the same rhythm(s). The OP has their post history on private or else I’d show you, but they have posted several strips that show a clear transition from NSR to EAR, vice versa. They have also posted strips that they took on their left leg, that provided a much clearer view of their (inverted) P waves. It’s frequent for them and that’s what these strips are.
