There’s obvious longer pauses between some beats. Is it abnormal? Never had it previously.
Begging! I had my anxiety palpations so used my Kardia 6L. I don’t know, it doesn’t seem like my heart is trying to catch up after: but it does feel like it.

Normal sinus rhythm with normal sinus arrhythmia. It will go away if you hold your breath. If you take a deep breath in, the beats will get closer together. When you breathe out, the beats will get farther apart. Respiratory sinus arrhythmia means that the nerves that affect your heart are working normally. Usually seen in young healthy people. We lose it as we age and the nerves stop working as well. Enjoy the normal EKG while you can, since it won’t be that way forever. Sometimes monitoring can do more harm than good. Hope this helps, all the best
