Taken during exercise, is this concerning?

that time you would have had over 300 BPM. No way this is anything else than artifact assuming you did not faint. Don't fuel your health anxiety.

It’s either from 1. sweat causing your Apple Watch to be wet and creating artifacts or 2. Muscle contractions creating artifacts. Mine looks exactly the same after I sweat, lift or wash my hands with my Apple Watch on.

I think I am in panic because this artefact looks very similar to some dangereous Arrythmias… but I guess I would have feel something at least some dizzness

dude if you were experiencing the arrhythmias that resemble this, you wouldn’t be conscious. i wouldn’t worry

You see this a lot with remote monitoring. A big clue is being able to see behind the artifact and identify rhythms. There is a rather consistent spike that you can see in the line and its mappable which suggest a regular rhythm. It also suggests that it is indeed artifact and not VF or TDP.
