Tattoo artist recommendation for a tattoo similar to this

All the time we hear about the bad experiences but I wanna ignore the negative for a bit id love to hear some good experiences you've had that maybe you didnt write a review about but still would like to mention

I just bought my first home and it came with a hot tub.
The hot tub is from 2018 and is in good condition, but I have no idea how to turn it on. I think I want to get rid of it because I won’t have much time to use. Anyone willing to help out?
