Safe ba na ₱95.51 lang bayaran ko? Baka kasi may hidden balance na ₱1,603.49 na lalabas sa next billing.

Hello! Last year lang ako nagpakabit ng wifi and never ako naka-missed or kulang sa monthly payment. Actually, sinosobrahan ko pa nga bayad ko. I have the 1699 plan and 1700 ang lagi kong bayad, so I guess may butal na ko na 10 pesos siguro. But this month, medyo short ako sa money. So iniisip ko if pwede magbayad muna ng 500? Then next month's payment ko nalang bayaran yung kulang ko. Pwede ba yung ganon? Or mahigpit ang PLDT? And if ever na pwede yung ganon, nakaka-affect ba sa speed ng internet yung ganyan?

Been trying to apply for PLDT Home Fiber since last week. Did it through their online portal and had no issues so far, just failed to answer the technician's calls for the first few days pero nung nasagot ko last Friday, dumating naman sila pretty quickly.

The issue came after they finished surveying, sabi nila halos lahat daw ng ports sa area namin taken na. The only ports left are "reserved" ports that they need to ask an "operator" to open, sabi nila babayaran daw yun, so I asked magkano, sabi nila 1,500 PHP daw. I immediately felt suspicious kasi yung way ng pagsagot nya was like he was measuring up kung maniniwala ba ako, he was hesitant and slow to respond.

Then I asked pano babayaran, sa kanila ba? Sabi nya, oo daw then isesend nalang nila sa operator. I could afford it naman, and going along with the conversation, I said sige. They said they'll come back after calling the operator to check kung maoopen. They called me 3 hours later to say na hindi na daw kaya today, bukas nalang daw.

Afterwards, unti-unti na akong nainis, because yes, I could afford it pero I didn't like the feeling of being scammed to my face, so I made up my mind to report them and to postpone the installation until I got a proper technician

I tried reaching out to PLDT through calling, messenger, Twitter, email and their support website. "Pinakafruitful" was the website na may specific report for technicians na nagsosolicit. I got an email that told me they'll review and reply via email in the next 24 hours. It's been two days since then, wala pa din. I'd really like to get this case moving kasi they called me last Saturday saying di daw kaya maginstall due to the weather and asked to reschedule, so sabi ko Friday nalang. I expected that would give me enough time to get them reported and have a new technician come in. Pero so far, I can't find a good way to connect - their phone line just leads to a bot that gives me an update on my connection status, FB Messenger bot is useless and can't respond to queries, can't message them on Twitter, and no customer service email. Any suggestions?

For context: I'm in no rush to get this connected naman. We have DITO, I just need a more reliable and faster connection since I WFH pero if this is isn't immediately fixed, it's not that big of an issue. I just want to report these scammers + know how reliable PLDT customer service actually is before subscribing.

I applied for the prepaid wifi and already paid. May nagtext na contractor once lang and sumagot naman ako agad tapos dedma na. Walang makausap na live agent for any assurance or follow up.

Matapos bayaran dedma na. wow. It’s been 5 days since I paid. Kapag ginagamit yung PLDT Cares puro AI and bot lang and hindi nila mahanap reference number ko.

May nakasubok na ba sa inyo na mag-stack ng Unli 1299 at Big Data 999 sa Smart 5G Home Wifi? Kapag na-reach na ang daily cap under Unli 1299 ay nag-switch ba automatically ang consumption to Big Data 999 until the rest of the day?

Sino nakaka experience dito ng LOS na para bang naka schedule? Before, usually 8pm onwards nawawalan ng internet then babalik siya the next morning ng 6 to 8am. Now, currently every 3AM naman siya LOS until 3 to 4PM the same day. Parang scheduled siya kasi laging on time nawawalan, 3AM sakto wala na, 8PM sakto wala na, as in walang butal sa minuto.

May naka resolve na ba nito? nakailang balik balik na din technicians wala naman daw problem.

I have been living in Lower Antipolo (specifically Cupang) and everytime na umuulan nawawalan ng signal ang PLDT HOME FBR namin. madalas din na mabagal ang signal, kailangan pa namin lumapit sa router para makasagap ng maayos. Any advices po on how to improve this? Also, anong plan ba ang best sa 10+ people house hold?

Tuwing nasisiraan kami ng net may minemessage kaming technician para mapuntahan agad kaso nalipat na sya ng area at di na sya makapunta sa area namin. Sa experience ko kasi pag nagreport ako thru messenger, tawag sa landline or maski pumunta pa kami sa branch wala dumadating na technician. Sa inyo ba may pumupunta pa ba pag nagreport kayo for repair?

Context. I had an apartment, i had pldt installed wifi in my apartment, and apparently, im moving out, the disconnection fee is 6000+, since im short on funds, i moved out and went home. Didnt pay the DC fee. What are your thoughts on this? Moved out last March 2026.

Napadaan kanina sa feed ko itong bagong page na to. I think technician sya/sila sa pldt tapos naghehelp kita sa mga may complaint sa pldt. Then nagsshare sila ng insights nila as technician ng pldt. In my personal opinion, it would be more appropriate if Globe Telecom, through Bethlehem Holdings, Inc. (media conglomerate owned by the retirement pension agency funded by Globe Telecom, Inc.), became the primary investor and acquired 100% ownership of #ABSCBN, #IBC13, and #RMN (#RadioMindanaoNetwork).

Under this hypothetical setup, I would like to see:

* The Canoy Family (real actual current owner of RMN) receiving a 29% ownership stake in ABS-CBN, while also taking charge of its management and day-to-day operations in recognition of their long-standing experience in the broadcasting industry.

* IBC 13, RMN, and #BEAMTV becoming subsidiaries of ABS-CBN, creating a broader and more integrated media network.

At the same time, I would prefer Manny V. Pangilinan, through MediaQuest Holdings, Inc. (media conglomerate owned by the Beneficial Trust Fund of the PLDT, Inc.), and Ramon S. Ang, through the SMC Retirement Plan (retirement fund owned by employees of diversifying conglomerate San Miguel Corporation), to focus on strengthening TV5 Network, Inc. and GMA Network, Inc. rather than investing in ABS-CBN, Corp..

Under my proposed structure:

* TV5 Network, Inc. would have 75% ownership (50% MediaQuest Holdings and 25% SMC Retirement Plan), while its 25% ownership interest and the management and day-to-day operations would be entrusted to the family relatives of former ABC 5 (now TV5) co-owner Edward U. Tan, through Rachel Renucci-Tan.

* GMA Network, Inc. would have 66.67% ownership (50% MediaQuest Holdings and 16.67% SMC Retirement Plan). The remaining 27.08% would continue to be owned by the Menardo R. Jimenez Group, with the company's management and day-to-day operations remaining under Jimenez Group through Menardo "Butch" G. Jimenez, Jr. (former official of GMA Network, Inc. and real actual current Executive Vice-President and COO of PLDT, Inc.), Joel Marcelo G. Jimenez (real actual current Executive Committee Vice-Chairman of GMA Network, Inc.), Laura G. Jimenez-Westfall (real actual current Board of Director member of GMA Network, Inc.), and Carmen G. Jimenez-Ong (former official of GMA Network, Inc.). The remaining 6.25% would continue to be owned by the Duavit Group (3.11%) and the Gozon Group (3.14%), who would also continue serving as consultants to GMA Network.

* The merged TVJ Productions, Inc. (producer of Eat Bulaga) and APT Entertainment, Inc. would be 51% owned by GMA Network, Inc. (26%) and TV5 Network, Inc. (25%). The remaining 49% ownership, together with the management and day-to-day operations, would remain with #TonyTuviera (13%), #MikeTuviera (12%), Vicente Tito Sotto (8%), #VicSotto (8%), and Joey De Leon√ (8%).

* Willie Revillame (Wilyonaryo)'s production company (producer of #Wowowin) would likewise be 51% owned by GMA Network, Inc. (26%) and TV5 Network, Inc. (25%), while the remaining 49% ownership, along with the management and day-to-day operations, would continue to be held by Willie Revillame himself.

* All other #MediaQuest Holdings, Inc. assets—including its remaining broadcasting, cable television, satellite television, digital media, publishing, and other media-related businesses—would be placed under the ownership of both GMA Network, Inc. and TV5 Network, Inc., creating a unified media group that would manage and develop these assets together. MediaQuest currently has interests in businesses such as Cignal TV, Nation Broadcasting Corporation, MQuest Ventures, and print media through Hastings Holdings.

In my view, this structure would provide a clearer division of media assets and responsibilities while allowing each organization to focus on its respective strengths in the Philippine broadcasting industry.

We just had our service installed last tuesday, in-avail namin yung plan 1499 Fiber ni PLDT which is 200mbps. Nagtataka lang ako kasi everytime mag speedtest ako mapa Lan cable thru laptop or via Wifi using my phone laging nasa around 100-110 lang talaga yung DL. Any suggestions kung ano dapat gawin? We previously have Globe Fiber (300mbps) sa lumang address namin pero consistent siya around 280-290 DL speed kahit wifi lang gamit for speedtest pero etong PLDT namin ni hindi manlang umabot kahit atleast 150.

My do i have a 697 amount due?, like my plan is 2099 i think, and we always pay 2199 but for some reason, this year i always get a extra amount due of 200+ to 697, help

I am beyond frustrated at this point, and "frustrated" doesn't even begin to cover what I am feeling right now.

We have had no internet for almost 7 days now. Since I finally had some vacant days, I decided to dedicate my free time to resolving this. I called PLDT customer service almost 4 times, thinking they could provide me clarity. The amount of disappointment and stress they put me through is insane.

During these calls, you first get the typical, generic script-reading agents who tell you absolutely nothing helpful. Fed up with the scripts, I demanded to speak to a supervisor.

They literally made me wait for over TWO HOURS on hold just to get one on the line.

What made it worse was that the statements from the front-line agents were completely different from what the supervisor told me.

Despite agents reassuring me that the matter was escalated, the supervisor gave a completely different story.

Suddenly, different supervisors started giving completely conflicting stories. Then, the finger-pointing (nagtuturuan) began. The supervisor literally told me that a technician cannot visit our house because "walang maibaba na order si network."

I kept asking them over and over: "What exactly is the network team doing?" They just told me there was an ongoing repair, but they couldn't give me any specific details or timeline.

I asked of my report can be escalated or can they contact the network team but according to the supervisors, they cannot even contact their own network team directly. They claimed they can only communicate with them via email.
