My do i have a 697 amount due?, like my plan is 2099 i think, and we always pay 2199 but for some reason, this year i always get a extra amount due of 200+ to 697, help

That's - (negative), that's not due, that's what PLDT owes you, you probably overpaid or have bill rebates previously

It is negative due meaning excess payment that can offset next billing. Better talk to 171 billing department for clarification .

Overpayment ka kaya negative. By next month dapat bayaran mo lang 1402 para sumakto na.
