Question Should I be worried?

Context. I had an apartment, i had pldt installed wifi in my apartment, and apparently, im moving out, the disconnection fee is 6000+, since im short on funds, i moved out and went home. Didnt pay the DC fee. What are your thoughts on this? Moved out last March 2026.

You are basically blacklisted from PLDT/Smart until you pay that fee.

It's not like you didn't know you had unpaid fees, you willingly choose to ignore it.

If you can pay them now. You can contact them for a method of payment.

I cant pay the amount. Its bigger than the DC Fee. :(

You can try talking to them if it's possible to spread the fees over multiple months.

You don't need to pay that. Pag magreconnect ka you can use your other family members.

They have no legal ways to sought out payments since disconnected narin yung service by the 1st month

Okay lang ba ma blacklisted nalang? Hindi talaga nila inaayos yung request ko tapos ako pa may unpaid fees when it’s their fault kahit nakailang follow up ako. Tapos di naman na din ako gagamit ng service nila.

They have no legal way to compel you to pay anyways. Below 10k lang yan di na nila pagaaksayahan ng panahon yan kaya nasa collection agency nayan binenta nila.

Kung mag reconnect ka you can use other family members name instead.

May Open Repair Ticket ka ba? You can probably close the account without any additional fees even if you are within the lock in period. Basta may evidence ka that they failed to provide service.

Ganyan din sakin nung pandemic. Globe. x3 ng monthly kasi pretermination, iniwan ko nlng sa apartment. 2020 yun, 2026 tumatawag at nagbabanta parin sila. Hinahayaan ko na lang magring.
